润滑油性能评定类行业术语
润滑油性能评定类行业术语(1)粘度(Viscosity) 液体流动时内摩擦力的量度。
(2)动力粘度(Dynamic Viscosity) 表示液体在一定剪切应力下流动时内摩擦力的量度。
在国际单位制（SI）中以帕.秒(Pa.s)表示。
(3)运动粘度(Kinematic Viscosity) 表示液体在重力作用下流动时内摩擦力的量度。
其值为相同温度下液体流动的动力粘度与其密度之比。
在国际单位制(SI)中以平方米/秒(m2/s)或平方毫米/秒(mm2/s)表示。
(4)表观粘度(Apparent Viscosity) 表示非牛顿液体流动时的内摩擦特征所采用的术语。
亦称相似粘度。
(5)粘温系数(Viscosity-temperature Coefficient) 评价润滑油在规定温度范围内粘温性的一个计算值。
粘温系数小，表示油品粘度随温度变化较小。
(6)粘度指数(Viscosity Index) 表示油品粘度随温度变化这个特性的一个约定量值。
粘度指数高，表示油品的粘度随温度变化小。
(7)倾点(Pour Point) 在规定条件下，被冷却的试样能流动的最低温度，以摄氏度（℃）表示。
(8)凝点(Solidification Point) 试样在规定条件下冷却至停止移动时的最高温度，以℃表示。
(9)机械杂质(Mechanical Impurities) 存在于油品中所有不溶于规定溶剂的杂质。
(10)苯胺点(Aniline Point) 油品在规定条件下和等体积的苯胺完全混溶时的最低温度，以℃表示。
(11)闪点(Flash Point) 在规定条件下，加热油品所逸出的蒸汽和空气组成的混合物与火焰接触发生瞬间闪火时的最低温度，以℃表示。
根据所用测定器的不同，可分为闭口闪点和开口闪点。
(12)燃点(Fire Point) 在规定条件下，当火焰靠近油品表面的油气和空气混合物时即会着火并持续燃烧至规定时间所需的最低温度，以℃表示。
润滑油技术术语
环烷烃
具有环烷特性的、至少包含一个碳 原子闭链的饱和烃。
NLGI级别
根据ASTM针入度测试，用于划分 润滑脂稠度（硬度）的一系列数字。
用途分达体系
用于定义机动车底盘和车轮轮轴承 润滑脂分类的字母代号体系。
氧化安定性
润滑油抵抗因高温和/或空气作用 而氧化或变质的能力。
石蜡族
具有石蜡的特性、具有开放式结构 的饱和烃。
绝缘强度
指对一中电绝缘介质绝缘能力的量 度。该数值在一定程度上取决于所 使用的测量方法。
分散性
油品所具有的分散和悬浮可能形成 沉淀的物质、并在油品被抽出时将 该物质带出系统的能力。
滴点
在规定条件下，将润滑脂加热至第 一滴液体滴下时的温度。
乳化液
两种或两种以上互相不能混溶或仅 能够部分混溶的物质所形成的完全 混合物。
用于提高润滑油和润滑脂的防锈和 抗氧化能力的添加剂。
SAE级别
按照SAE设定的体系，表明用于车 辆的曲轴箱、变速箱和后轴的润滑 油粘度范围的级别。（SAE为“美 国汽车工程师协会”的英文词头缩 写）。
剪切稳定性
润滑产品（如润滑脂或高粘指数的 油品）抵抗机械剪切而发生稠度或 粘度变化的能力。
MIL
“美国军方标准”的英文词头缩写。
二硫化钼
钼和硫形成的化合物，由于其粒子 的独物分子结构，因而成为性能卓 越的固体润滑剂。

国内外常用润滑油、脂分类方法简介（一）ISOISO 是国际标准化组织的英文缩写。
石油产品和润滑剂技术委员会的编号是ISO —TC28。
中国参加了国际标准化组织，并且是TC28 技术委员会积极成员。
中国TC28 的主管部门是中国石油化工集团公司。
技术归口单位是石油化工研究院。
中国参加《国际标准化组织》约190个技术委员会和约650个分委员会（SC）。
中国参照ISO 标准。
结合中国炼油工业实际，制订了石油产品和润滑剂的总分类标准，把石油产品分为六大类：F—燃料、S类一溶剂及化工原料、L类一润滑剂和有关产品、W类一蜡、B类一沥青和C类—焦炭。
中国标准与ISO标准不同之处就是增加了C类一焦炭。
ISO 把焦放在F类一燃料中。
（二）APIAPI 是美国石油学会的英文缩写。
API 主要进行与石油开采，煤制有关的机电设备及其名词术语、材料、试验、检验方法等标准和规范制订和修订工作。

（四）AGMA是美国齿轮制造商协会缩写。
美国齿轮制造商协会成立于1916年。
从齿轮传动动态性能和承载能力，结合齿轮制造规律综合制订齿轮标准。
AGMA标准涉及范围相当广。
我国深圳市标准技术研究院有AGM标准。
（五）NLGINLGI是美国润滑脂协会缩写它在1987年提出：以润滑脂性能为基础的分类体系，即：（1）润滑脂稠度（2）使用温度范围（3）基础油粘度、标准负荷、抗水性、抗磨性。
工业用液体润滑油ISO粘度分类美国汽车工程师协会（SAE）车用齿轮油粘度分类SAE J306—佃91 年10 月跟机油分类一样，车用齿轮油的粘度分类亦是分为2组，其中一组着重说明低温表现，以“ W”表示，而另一组则表示于100C的粘度。

例如SAE40，SAE50或SAE15W-40、SAE5W-40，“W”表示winter(冬季)，其前面的数字越小说明机油的黏度越稀，流动性越好，代表可供使用的环境温度越低，在冷启动时对发动机的保护能力越好;“W”后面(-横后面)的数字则是机油耐高温性的指标，数值越大说明机油在高温下的保护性能越好。

这就代表这种机油是先进的"多级机油"，适合从低温到高温的广泛区域，黏度值会随温度的变化给予发动机全面的保护。
(SAE)适用的环境温度(°C)5w -30°C10w -25°C15w -20°C20w -15°C30 30°C40 40°C50 50°C多级油的优点：1、全年使用，延长发动机寿命，减少磨损(减少冷启动引起的磨损);2、提高燃油经济性;3、降低润滑油消耗;4、减少磨损;5、提供良好低温润滑性;6、更长的换油期;7、大多数重负荷发动机制造商推荐。
市场中现有的机油按SAE法分类，单级机油：冬季用油有6种，夏季用油有4种，多级机油：冬夏通用油有16种。
冬季用油牌号分别为：0W、5W、10W、15W、20W、25W;夏季用油牌号分别为：20、30、40、50;冬夏通用油牌号分别为：5W-20、5W-30、5W-40、5W-50、10W-20、10W-30、1 0W-40、10W-50、15W-20、15W-30、15W-40、15W-50、20W-20、20W-30、20 W-40、20W-50。

国内外常用润滑油、脂分类方法简介（一）ISOISO是国际标准化组织的英文缩写。
石油产品和润滑剂技术委员会的编号是ISO—TC28。
中国参加了国际标准化组织，并且是TC28技术委员会积极成员。
中国TC28的主管部门是中国石油化工集团公司。
技术归口单位是石油化工研究院。
中国参加《国际标准化组织》约190个技术委员会和约650个分委员会（SC）。
中国参照ISO标准。
结合中国炼油工业实际，制订了石油产品和润滑剂的总分类标准，把石油产品分为六大类：F—燃料、S类—溶剂及化工原料、L类—润滑剂和有关产品、W类—蜡、B类—沥青和C类—焦炭。
中国标准与ISO标准不同之处就是增加了C类—焦炭。
ISO 把焦放在F类—燃料中。
（二）APIAPI是美国石油学会的英文缩写。
API主要进行与石油开采，煤制有关的机电设备及其名词术语、材料、试验、检验方法等标准和规范制订和修订工作。
这些标准和规范在技术上比较成熟，其设计、计算、制造、维修体系完整、协调。
因而世界上不少国家都乐于采用。
API还进行质量认证及标志制度。
凡采用API标准的国家或企业，其产品经API检验合格并给予认证后，便可在国际石油系统中通行。
（三）SAESAE是美国汽车工程师学会的英文缩写。
现国际上通用SAE制订的内燃机油粘度分类标准。
中国GB/T14906-94内燃机油粘度分类是参照SAE发动机油粘度分类（SAEJ300—1987）制订的。
（四）AGMA是美国齿轮制造商协会缩写。
美国齿轮制造商协会成立于1916年。
从齿轮传动动态性能和承载能力，结合齿轮制造规律综合制订齿轮标准。
AGMA标准涉及范围相当广。
我国深圳市标准技术研究院有AGMA标准。
（五）NLGINLGI是美国润滑脂协会缩写它在1987年提出：以润滑脂性能为基础的分类体系，即：（1）润滑脂稠度（2）使用温度范围（3）基础油粘度、标准负荷、抗水性、抗磨性。
工业用液体润滑油ISO粘度分类美国汽车工程师协会（SAE）车用齿轮油粘度分类SAE J306—1991年10月跟机油分类一样，车用齿轮油的粘度分类亦是分为2组，其中一组着重说明低温表现，以“W”表示，而另一组则表示于100℃的粘度。
