旨在让同学们奔跑起来。
因为水磨的冬天到了，天气原因让人越发的不想出门，窝在寝室，偶遇阳光明媚才想着出门吸收紫外线。
三、活动简介Running Man类似一个“争分夺秒的游戏”。
活动主办方设计出Running路线，路线有若干关卡和暗号。
破解暗号，根据暗号的提示到指定地点进行任务。
关卡挑战有寻物、有挑战、有COS、有表演……行进沿路会有特殊加分项目。
六个协会的成员打乱分成若干个小队，也随机选出小队领队。
小队的负责人由主办方工作人员随机分配。
每个小队分好后，进行游戏彼此熟悉，随后由领队抓阄选出路线，先得到Running路线的小队先出发，并有记者全程记录。
攻破关卡，每个关卡和最终目的地都需要照片或视频为证。
完成任务后返回起点算分，分高者胜出，分低者接受惩罚。

韩国综艺节目《running man》的特色分析田心（江西师范大学传播学院，12级传播班，1205030026）摘要：近年来，随着韩国明星的趋势在娱乐圈飞速发展，特别是以偶像团体为代表的人气组合逐渐成为韩流前沿，组合成员作为韩流明星更深受年轻人的喜爱。
于是引进的韩国娱乐也在粉丝圈里掀起了一股热潮，引发热潮的原因除了韩流明星的吸引，还有的就是韩国综艺节目在策划以及内容上的新颖和创新，以娱乐为向导的趣味性游戏使得人们对节目认可，本文以韩国一档热门综艺节目《running man》为分析文本探究此档节目的特色以及韩国综艺给我们带来的借鉴之处。
