T：Pay attention to weather!出门看天气！这四个城市的天气如何呢？提问：What’s the weather like?播放天气预报，让学生认真听，然后在地图上一次把hot, cool, warm, cold四个单词拖拽到对应的城市旁边。在核对答案的过程中不断练习重点句型：What’s the weather like? It’s cold/warm/cool/hot.
2．创设情景，围绕“小猪佩奇国内游“这样的故事主线，用简单的语言进行了大量的口头练习，描述在不同地点、不同气候特征下，人们的着装及适合参加的不同活动，，拓展了天气类、活动类和服装类单词和词组。然后向“佩奇”介绍我们的家乡宁夏银川的美丽风景，人们的着装及不同季节适合参加的活动，并以写明信片的方式把它记录下来。

通过一年半的《牛津英语》的学习，他们也养成了良好的英语习惯，主要表现在大多数能集中精力听老师的讲解，能在老师的引导下开展语言训练，单词也能做到熟练拼读。
但他们对于句子书写还不够熟练。
教材分析：本单元主要教学的是触摸后感觉的形容词smooth, rough, hard, soft，并且通过词与句的整和，正确的描述自己触摸后的感受。
在此单元之前，我们已经学过描述Smell, Taste和See之后的形容词nice ,yummy, 颜色，大小，高低，胖瘦等，本单元在对这些内容稍做复习的基础上，引出单词，并通过与句子的整和，变成简短的对话作为本单元的重点。
