4、加工钢筋的偏差不得超过下表的规定。

五、安装钢筋时,钢筋的级别、直径、根数和间距均应符合设计要求。

绑扎或焊接的钢筋网和钢筋骨架不得有变形、松脱和开焊。

六、应在钢筋与模板间设置垫块,垫块应与钢筋扎紧并互相错开。

钢筋混凝土保护层厚度应符合设计要求。

钢筋位置的偏差不得超过下表的规定。

(二)空心板梁混凝土施工技术要求一、原材料及配合比要求1、拌合混凝土所用的原材料都是经过检验合格且经监理工程师同意使用的。

2、混凝土的配合比是经过设计和试配能满足施工要求且经监理工程师同意使用的。

二、混凝土的拌合及运输1、混凝土拌合前应对拌合机、配料机等机械设备进行检查,确认完好时方可拌制混凝土。

2、拌合混凝土前,工地试验室应对粗、细集料的含水量进行测定并调整施工配合比。

混凝土施工期间试验室要有专人现场值班,对混凝土配合比、坍落度进行监督检查。

3、严格控制好拌合时间和外掺剂的掺量。

混凝土拌合物应拌合均匀、颜色一致,不得有离析和泌水现象。
