假如没有电源，则应检查回路是否断线、检测仪表是否选取错误（输入阻抗应250）；等等。
3:假如是带表头的，检查表头是否损坏（可以先将表头的两根线短路，假如短路后正常，则说明是表头损坏）；解决方法:表头损坏的则需另换表头，4:将电流表串入24V电源回路中，检查电流是否正常；解决方法:假如正常则说明变送器正常，此时应检查回路中其他仪表是否正常。
5:电源是否接在变送器电源输入端；解决方法:把电源线接在电源接线端子上。

三、压力变送器校验1、密封性检查注：首次校验应进行此项校验，后续校验合使用中检验可不进行此项校验。
1 ）平稳地升压（或疏空），使压力变送器测量室压力达到测量上限（或当地大气压力90 ％的疏空）。
2 ）关闭压力源保持密封15分钟，应无泄漏。
3 ）在最后5 分钟内通过压力表观察，其压力值下降（或上升）不得超过测量上限值的2 ％。
4 ）差压变送器在进行密封性检查时，高低压力容室连通，并同时引入额定工作压力进行观察。
2、调整前测试1 ．选择与变送器相适应加压装置及压力模块。
2 ．将被检变送器与加压装置、压力模块、福禄克、3051 变送器手操器相连接好。
3 ．按信号量程的25 ％递增，从0 ％到100 ％依次对变送器加压，读取每点电流指示值，作好记录。
4 ．加压至量程的100 ％后逐渐减压，在100 ％到0 ％之间按量程的25 ％递减，观察各点电流值，并作好记录。
5 ．重复步骤3和4一次，将误差较大一次的数据作为最终数据记录。
6 ．检查上述操作中零点和满量程无漂移。
7 ．计算基本误差及回程误差，保留小数位2 位。
8 ．基本误差及回差小于等于量程的±0.5 % （±0.08mA ) ，则此变送器精度合格。
9 ．基本误差及回差大于量程的±0.5 % （±0.08mA ) ，则此变送器精度不合格，需要调整。

量程调整相当于改变变送器的输入输出特性的斜率，也就是改变变送器输出信号y与输入信号x之间的比例系数。
量程调整的方法：➢模拟式变送器：改变反馈部分的反馈系数；改变测量部分转换系数。
➢数字式变送器：软件实现。
2、零点调整和零点迁移使变送器的输出信号下限值ymia与测量范围的下限值xmin相对应在xmin=0时，称为零点调整；在xmin≠0时，称为零点迁移。
零点调整使变送器的测量起始点为零，零点迁移是把测量的起始点由零迁移到某一数值。
当测量的起始点由零变为某一正值，称为正迁移。
当测量的起始点由零变为某一负值，称为负迁移。
零点调整和零点迁移的方法：➢模拟式变送器：改变放大器输入端上的调零信号z0。
➢数字式变送器：软件实现。
零点迁移，再辅以量程调整，可以提高仪表的测量精度。
3、线性化原因：传感器组件的输出信号与被测参数之间往往存在着非线性关系。

HART通信协议是依照国际标准化组织(ISO)的开放式系统互连(OSI)参考模型，简化并引用其中三层：物理层数据链路层应用层。
物理层──规定了信号的传输方法和传输介质信号传输：基于Bell 202 通讯标准，采用频移键控(FSK)方法，在4～20mA基础上叠加幅度为±0.5mA的正弦调制波作为数字信号传送速率为1200 bit/s传送速率为1200 bit/s数据链路层──规定了数据帧的格式和数据通讯规程数据帧格式：由链路同步信息、寻址信息、用户信息及校验和组成定界符定义了帧的类型和寻址格式响应码在变送器向主设备通信时才有，表示数据通信状态和变送器工作状态HART协议按主/从方式通讯，这意味着只有在主站呼叫时，现场设备（从站）才传送信息有三种通讯模式：点对点模式---在一条电缆上传输4～20mADC的模拟信号和数字信号多点模式---一条电缆连接多个现场设备，这是全数字通信模式阵发模式---允许总线上单一的从站自动、连续地发送一个标准的HART 响应信息应用层──规定了通讯命令的内容命令类型：通用命令：适用于所有符合HART协议的现场仪表通用操作命令：适用于大部分符合HART协议的现场仪表特殊命令：各制造厂的产品自己所特有的命令HART通讯方式的实现方法输出波形整形电路: 满足HART物理层规范所要求的信号波形上升沿/下降沿的时间，较平缓的上升沿/下降沿的时间可以降低与其它HART网络间的串扰带通滤波器: 抑制接收信号中的感应噪声，其频宽大约为1200 Hz～2200Hz HART通讯模块HART通讯模块实现二进制的数字信号与FSK信号之间的相互转换调制器 ITXD：二进制数字信号输入OXTA：FSK信号输出解调器 IRXA：FSK信号输入(由信号回路)ORXD：二进制数字信号输出INRTS：控制端低电平“0” ，调制器工作，解调器输出不定；高电平“1” ，解调器工作，调制器输出呈高阻状态。

在变送器法兰上的过程连接应在 2 1/8"（54 mm）中心距上以保证直接与三阀组或五阀组进行安装连接。
旋转一个或两个法兰接头可达到 2"（51 mm）、2 1/8 " （54 mm）或者 2 1/4 "（57 mm）的连接中心距。
施加前，安装并拧紧所有四个法兰螺栓，否则将导致过程泄漏。
正确安装后，法兰螺栓将经模块外壳顶端伸出。
在变送器运行期间，严禁松开或拆除法兰螺栓。
将接头与共面法兰进行安装连接时，应遵守下列安装程序：1、拆除法兰螺栓。
2、使法兰就位，将接头移入定位并安装 O 形环。

警告法兰接头 O 形环的不当安装可导致过程泄漏，并引发死亡或重伤事故。
两个法兰接头可通过独特的 O 形环凹槽进行识别。
只可使用为特殊法兰接头而设计的 O 形环，如下所示。
3051S 型/ 3051 型/3001 型/3095 型/2024 型«Skip Record If...»受压时，特氟隆（Teflon® ）O 形环趋于冷变形，这有助于提高其密封能力。
您无论何时拆除法兰或接头，应当对特氟隆 O 形环进行目视外观检查。
如果有任何损坏，如刻痕或切口，都应及时更换。
如果没有损害，可重新利用。
如果更换 O 形环，在安装后要再拧紧法兰螺栓以实现对冷变形进行补偿。

«Skip Record If...»引压管线过程和变送器间的管线必须精确地传送压力以获得精确的测量结果。
有五种误差来源：压力传送、泄漏、磨擦损失（特别在采用冲洗时）、液体管线中存气、气体管线中存液和管段间的密度差异。
变送器在过程管线中的最佳位置取决于过程本身。
按照下列指南确定变送器位置和引压管线的布置：• 使引压管线尽可能短。
• 对于液体测量，引压管线自变送器与过程连接处按每英尺至少 1 英寸的比值向上倾斜（80：1000）。
• 对于气体测量，引压管线自变送器与过程连接处按每英尺至少 1 英寸的比值向下倾斜（80：1000）。
• 在液体管线中应避免高点，在气体管线中应避免低点。
• 应确保两条引压管线的温度相同。
