K K S编码系统全厂标识(总76页)-CAL-FENGHAI.-(YICAI)-Company One1-CAL-本页仅作为文档封面,使用请直接删除世界电厂各类标识系统发展概述电厂有成千上万的各种设备,如何确保电厂安全、经济和科学的运行,必须加强设备管理工作,设备管理过程中必然涉及大量的技术数据、图纸等资料,必然借助于计算机,显然,这些技术数据及资料的录入需要有一种公用语言,其应具有易于计算机处理、能提供足够的信息且不含有特定语种文法翻译因素。

同时,由于不同电厂的工艺差别,设备命名规范不同,这使得电力系统及其电厂之间在管理和联络上产生一系列的问题,尤其是随着电厂规模不断发展,设备自动化程度不断提高,管理工作日趋复杂化和现代化,这就要求有一套统一的电厂设备编码系统,因此欧美的工业化国家一直致力电厂标识系统(即对设备和系统的标注)的工作,并创造了CCC、EDF、EIIS、ERDS、KKS等电厂标识系统,我国最早于20世纪90年代开始引进和使用KKS,已成为我国标准电厂标识系统!1、KKS电厂标识系统KKS编码起源于德国,其含义是电厂标识系统。

1970年,来自欧洲的电厂计划、经营、运行、维护、决策等部门的有关专家组成了VGB技术委员会,在借鉴了上述电厂标识系统的特点,共同创建了KKS编码系统。

1978年6月,VGB以手册的形式发布了第一版,当时就得到了电力工业的广泛采用。

1983年发布了改正修订后的第二版, 1988年发布了第三版,1995年发布了第四版,此时它在欧洲的电力工业几乎无处不在,以至控制系统的程序编码都直接引用了该编码,基本上形成了一套完整的发电厂标识系统,其应用范围包括电站工程规划、设汁、施工、验收、运行、维护、预算和成本控制等。

KKS编码根据标识对象的功能、工艺和安装位置等特征,来明确标识电厂中的系统和设备及其组件的一种代码。

KKS编码用字母和数字,按照一定的规则,通过科学合理的排列、组合,来描述(标识)电厂各系统、设备、元件、建(构)筑物的特征,从而构成了描述电厂状况的基础数据集,以便于对电厂进行管理(如,分类、检索、查询、统计)。

什么是KKS编码?KKS电厂标识系统起源于德国。

专门的组织于1970开始组织编写,并于1978年正式发布第一版,以后几年历经修改和充实,现在的最新版本为第四版2000年修订本。

KKS标识系统是根据任务、类型和位置来标识任何类型电厂中的各个装置,装置的各个部分以及各个设备。

具有四个分解层次和固定字母数字字符的分层结构格式,各层次都是以工艺相关代码为依据。

它采用下列三种类型标识的统一代码格式,按工程规范的专门规则分别进行标识:工艺(过程)相关标识(PROCESS-RELATED CODE)、安装地点标识(POINT OF INSTALLATION CODE)、位置标识(LOCATION CODE)。

遵循下列标准:DIN——德国工业标准;IEC——国际电工技术协会;ISO——国际标准化组织。

KKS编码在欧洲的电力工业的应用已经非常的普遍和成熟,甚至直接应用于控制系统的程序中,我国也有许多电厂选用了KKS编码作为自己的设备编码。

KKS编码是强规则的编码规则,它的每一位编码的含义和取值,都有严格的规定。

是作为编码标准的优良品种。

KKS编码系统规范一、系统概述发电厂有成千上万台各种设备,为了确保发电厂生产过程的安全、经济和可靠,设备管理工作十分重要,设备管理工作包括以下主要内容:采购、监造、安装、运行维护、检修、退役。

在设备管理过程中涉及大量的技术数据、资料、图纸和档案,现代化的设备管理必须借助于计算机,显然,上述技术数据及文件录入计算机需要有一种公用的语言,这种公用语言应具有易于计算机处理、能提供足够的信息且不应含有某一特定语种文法翻译因素。

此外,由于不同发电厂的工艺有别,设备和系统命名也不相同,这使得电力系统及其电厂之间在生产管理和系统联络上产生一连串的问题,尤其是随着电厂规模不断发展,设备自动化程度不断提高,管理工作日趋复杂化和现代化,这就要求有一套统一的设备和系统编码,来满足统一管理及实施计算机管理的要求。

The result was a series of (opera-tions) whose sequence was often irrational.Bearing in mind the scale of power plants being built up to the early sixties , the Plant Designation System AKS could be regarded as adequate for the needs of plan-ning and construction engineers at that time.In the meantime, the AKS has been adopted as the main system of identification in a number of convertional and nuclear plants, The operating companies also referred to the “VDEW Guideline for the ldentificaotion of Defects and Down- Time in Thermal Power Plants”(VDEW component code).Increased unit sizes , higher rates of automation , and further developments in power-plant technology coupled with the demands made on classification system atics by power plant operators , all called for a uniform and total solution of the classification problem .A working party , consistion of planners , operating companies , authorized inspectors and other authorities , was set up in 1970 with the task of finding such a solution .The result of this joint effort is the Power Station Designation System KKS . This draws clear divisions between power plant installations and systems , and takes full account of the needs of manufacturers , operators , inspectors and other authorities as well as the technical requirements of the mechanical engineering , process engineering , civil engineering , and electrical and control engineering sectors . KKS takes account of other relevant standards such as iEC,ISO,etc. and its principles are laid down in DIN 40719,part 2 or DIN 6779, part 1. The purpose of this publication is to summarize the structure, contents and application of the KKS. Lllustra-tions of the structure , and the code section of the VGB book without definitions(in the Appendix), are used to describe the system.Attention!This publication is only a short information(VGB-edition 1994), lt can only be used for DECODING and not for encoding! KKS Applications at the design unitFor their internal use, the design unit have reduced the VGB-KKS code to the specific parts for conventional power plants and nuclear power plants(LWR)The resulting ,the design unit Standard Code for Conventional Power Plants”form the basis for the KKS project codes prepared by the design unit for individual power plant projects. Thesespecific to the particular project by reducing and allocating the design unit Stabdard Code. The KKS project code contains the designations for all plants and subsystems inciuded in the specific power plant project.For certain large components found in power plants.e.g.steam turbines, gas turbines, generators etc.standardization measures were taken which.apart from the actual identification, extended to forming groups in respect of the numbering and in part, to laying down the individual counting digits.The standard designations supplement the design unit Standard Codes to form an essential basis for the KKS profect code.2 ABC for KKSDesignation and type of data charactersTable 1 summarizes the designation and type of data characters of the breakdown levels for all three different types of designation appearing in the KKS.Process-Related identificationIn this type of designation the entire system is sub- divided according to the function or process since, whether for mechanical, electrical, control or civil engineering, the equipment units and components must be identifiable in relation to the process.The process-related identification is for many applica-tions the most important designation , since is permits, for example, locations of electrical and control equip-ment rooms, signals ,and the designations in circuit dia -grams to be related to particular functions.In the electrical and instrumentation control engineering sectors, the equipment for auxiliary services, power supply, open-loop control, instrumentation, protection, etc, is treated as a process engineering function The same applies to structures in civil engineering work.The process-related identification corresponds to the designation block”Plant”in DIN 40719,part 2 This block has the prefix sign“=”.According to the standard the prefix sign can be omitted provided that the designation remains unarnbiguous.Point of installation identification As with the process-related identification, the KKS is also used to designate locations, principally of electrical and instrumentation and control equipment, but also of mechanical equipment Locations-for example, coordinates, racks and positions in cubicles etc-are designated in the breakdown level EQUIPMENT UNIT.The identification letters now used for the Point of installation identification in the breakdown level FUNCTION may be the same as those for the process-related designation. This improves recognition of the designations in the overall system. Confusion with the process-related designation is impossibple since, according to DIN 40719, part 2, the prefix sign“+”has to be added to this designation block“Location”-when confusion is possible. Resp. the breakdown symbol“full stop”bet -ween breakdown Level 1 and 2 has to be added This prefix sign is omitted when there is absolutely no ambiguity-for example, in layout documents Location identificationIn order to clearly designate the position of plant, subsystems and equipment in the power station, the buildingstructure and floor is entered at the breakdown level FUNCTION, and the rooms on the various floors of the building structure at the breakdown level EQUIPMENT UNIT The breakdown level ITEM is omitted in such cases.Fire protection section are designated according to the room desigationA=Alphabetical symbols(letters special symbols) N=Numerical symbols(digits)()=These data characters may be omittedStructure and Contents of theBreakdown LevelsThe individual breakdown levels of the KKS have an alphanumeric structure thereby ensuring clarity and easy memorization (Table 2)The redundancy specification, required for safety reasons in certain nuclear power station applications, is not relevant for identifcation purposes lt is an additional feature and, for this reason, may not be included in a KKS designation.Breakdown Level 0,It may be necessary to identify units, unit-free plants or expansion stages within a power station such that a clear and unambiguous distinction exists between them. In such a case, this designation must be agreed upon by all parties concerned, regarding the contents and type of data character(A or N). lt is recommended that an alphabetical symbol be used here, since the next character F0(prefix number)is numerical.The breakdown level“OVERALL PLANT”can be omitted when the designation used in the power plant is otherwise unambiguous.Breakdown Level 1,FunctionPrefix numberIf in the overall plant two or more identical subsystems are to be identified(2 boiler plants, 2 turbosets, 2 nuclear heat-generating systems, 2 structures with equal functions)the prefix number is used to distinguish between them.
