QC实验室的规章制度Rules for QC Lab1.未经允许，非本室人员禁止入内。
Persons who don’t work in lab can’t enter in without allowed.2.未经允许，非检验人员不得使用实验室内的检测设备，如投影仪等，如果损坏，按原价赔偿。
Except the quality controller, others can’t use the instruments like projector etc. in lab without permission. If the instrument was damaged, the person should pay original price.3.进入室内工作的，如打包等，禁止大声喧哗，禁止员工坐在办公桌上等不良行为。
员工工作结束后，请清洁工作台面，清理工作过程中所制造的垃圾。
Persons who worked in lab like packing etc. can’t speak loudly, or sitting on office desk.Persons who finished work should clean the work table and remove rubbish during working. 4.未经允许严禁私自领取物品，如手套，毛巾等。
原材料须经品质确认合格以后方可领取。
Nobody can take materials like gloves & towel without permission. The raw materials can be taken after the quality controller confirmed.5.如有必须需要借其工具的，经批准方可领取，用完后请按时归还。
如果丢弃或者损坏的，按原价赔偿。
If anyone who need to lend the instruments, he can take after approved and should return back on time. If the instrument was damaged or missing, the person should pay original price.6.原材料，成品等需按规定放在指定区域，严禁随处乱丢乱放。

药房各种制度(上墙)药房服务承诺“全心全意为伤病员服务”是我们的服务宗旨。
我们诚挚地向您承诺：一、准时上岗，着装整洁，必须佩戴胸牌，不脱岗，工作期间不干私活。
对病人服务热情周到。
二、对病人高度负责，把好药品质量关，不经销“三无”（无批准文号、无注册商标、无生产批号）药品和过期失效药品，严格执行国家药品价格规定。
三、工作主动热情，语言文明，态度和蔼，做到语言通俗易懂，有问必答，耐心解释病人的用药咨询。
四、工作中认真负责，精力集中，不闲谈、不嬉闹，不与病人争吵。
五、配方时做到认真、细致，不漏配、少配、多配、错配，调配完毕后认真复核，保证调配质量。
六、发药时核对姓名、药名，向患者交待清楚用法、用量及注意事项。
七、开足窗口，取药人员等候时间不超过10分钟。
八、加强员工队伍建设，提高药房整体素质，以实际行动接受社会各界的监督。
凡违犯上述承诺一项者，视情节扣50至200元绩效工资，情节严重者按医院有关规定执行。

二、配方时严格遵守操作规程和岗位责任制。
认真执行“四查”、“十对”（查处方，对科别、姓名、年龄；查药品，对药名、剂型、规格、数量；查配伍禁忌，对药品性状、用法用量；查用药合理性，对临床诊断）制度。
三、配方时，应按“处方管理制度”有关规定执行。
发现不符合规定的处方，须请医生更改并签名后调配，否则，有权拒绝配方。
严格执行配方、发药双签名。
四、严查药品质量，发现问题及时处理，对药房内储藏的药品定期做好药品质量自查。
五、严格执行效期药品管理制度，效期药品管理责任到人。
六、药品的放置应按不同性质、剂型和药理作用分别排列整齐，做到一药一签，不得随意变动，各种药品和用具用完后立即放回原处。
七、缺少或新增药品应及时通知各科室。
八、已发的药品，原则上不予退回。
九、普通药品每年盘点一次；特、贵、稀缺药品实行单独消耗管理，每天专人清查数量，如果数量不符照价赔偿。
