二、学情分析八年级的学生在进入初中后，接触英文短文快两年。
学生的阅读能力由于受各种原因的影响而参差不齐。
总得来说，大部分学生的阅读能力很弱，例如：有对于长句子的理解有困难，阅读速度太慢，阅读技巧掌握不牢等方面。
三、教学重难点1. 教学重点：1) 掌握本部分出现的生词和词组，达到熟练运用的目标。
2) 阅读短文，获得相关的信息。
通过阅读练习，来提高阅读能力。

本课为人教版Go for it!八年级下Unit 6 An old man tried to move the mountains .(Section A 3a-3c)阅读课。
主要围绕telling a story这一主题展开各种教学活动，本课时旨在创造一个轻松、愉快、真实的学习、交流环境，通过习得阅读方法和语言输出的活动来培养学生综合运用语言的能力。
阅读之前我先进行了单词教学：出示图片，让学生理解，然后拿出单词卡片全班跟读3遍，抽个别学生读。
读后教师通过问相关问题检测学生是否掌握单词的意思。
我想今后单词的学习还应该再用心去思考怎样更好地让学生记住这些新词。
最好是词不离句，不离篇。
第一次快速阅读感知全文，回答三个问题时，我应该多关注那些没有集中注意力的学生，并及时给予帮助，只有通过此方法，才能发现哪些学生需要老师帮助。
第二次阅读的过程，现在想想，难度有点大，我应该根据我们学生的基础能力情况，把3b的直接填写内容，改成搭配题，降低题目难度，保持学生阅读的积极性和兴趣。
第三次阅读顺利完成。
总之，这次讲课对我来说是一次难得的机会，也是一次难忘的经验。

全班分组讨论, 通过观看视频，略读，精读，找框架结构，填缺失信息，做总结，评价人物等一系列富有逻辑、条理的各项课堂活动，完成本节课的教学任务。
