My junior school lifeMy junior school life will come to an end soon and I think it is very colorful. I’ve learnt how to get on well with others and I’ve made a lot of friends. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and I’m much cleverer. I’ve experienced success, failure, sadness, happiness, nervousness and excitement. My junior school life is so wonderful and unforgettable that I will remember it in my heart.My school lifeHow time flies！The four-year junior school life will come to the end soon, but I’m sure it will become a beautiful, unforgettable memory. Our school life is filled with happiness as there are plenty of special activities in each term. From the kind, helpful teachers, we have learned not only the useful knowledge, but also the way of being a good person. It is meaningful, so it should be remembered and cherished（珍爱；珍藏）. How colorful my school life is! It’ll be in my heart forever.My school lifeWe went to school from Monday to Friday. Although our school is not so big, it is beautiful and our school life is interesting and colourful. The Sports Meeting is held in May once a year. This year we had some special relay races. Our Music Festival is held every year as well. We prepare for the performance with great passion(热情). I learnt to be much kinder to others and how to make friends. My school life has brought me quite a few memories that I will remember forever.Changes in Our LifeOver the past twenty years or so, great changes have taken place in our life. To take my family for example, my parents used to contact others mainly by sending them letters in the past. But now we keep in touch with each other by e-mail at home. In addition, my parents used to listen to the radio for news and other information. But now we get news by watching TV. Another big change is my living conditions. When they got married about twenty years ago, my parents lived in a small room crowded with furniture. But now we have moved into a big new three-room apartment. In short, our life has become more comfortable and convenient.In recent years, more and more people are becoming richer and richer with the development of China economy. Around me, I can see lots of changes in our life. First of all, I see more and more cars in the streets. People in China can afford the family cars now. But the problem of traffic appears. Secondly, more and more people begin to enjoy the surfing on the Internet. Not only the young people but also the middle aged and the old ones are addicted to(沉迷于) the net surfing. But some of them are too crazy about the video games and chat online. It is not good for their work and study, especially for their health. Certainly enough, great changes can bring us happiness, and can also bring us something bad.I will succeedEveryone has difficulties in his life. When I am in trouble, I never gave in. I always say to myself, “ I will succeed. ” These words have helped and encouraged me to overcome all kinds of difficulties.I still remember an experience I had two years ago. I was taking a math test. The problems on the first page were so easy that I finished them in no time. Soon, there was only one problem left. I had never met this kind of problem before. I tried to work it out several times. Time passed quickly. There were only ten minutes to go, so I was worried. Just at that time the words “ I will succeed ” came to my mind. Then I calmed myself down and thought it over. I tried hard to work it out. At last I really succeeded.From then on, w henever I am in trouble, I calm myself by saying “ I will succeed ” .I will succeedEveryone may have difficulty in his life. So do I. When I am in trouble, I will encourage myself and say something happy to myself. Now, the final exam is coming and it must be the turning point in every student’s life. But I can’t do well in my exercises and exams these days. I think the reason for it is that I have to stay up late and I can’t have enough sleep. In order to solve this problem, I will not only do my homework efficiently, but also do enough exercise to keep me healthy. I will be more careful when I am doing my homework.. As the saying goes,” No pain, no gain.” I believe if I never give up, I will succeed in solving the problem and succeed in the final exam as well.Why should we take part in sports and games?It goes without saying that sports and games are not only amusements. They are of great value both to one's body and mind.Everybody knows that sports and games build our bodies, prevent us from too fat and keep us healthy. They also give us valuable practice in helping the eyes, brain and muscles work together. Such kind of practice is especially useful for those who work with their brains most of the time.Besides, sports and games are also good for character-training. Unselfishness, courage, discipline(纪律）, love of one's country and so on, are virtues（美德）that a citizen should have. Students learn a lot about these from books. But in sports and games they learn to play fair, cooperate with other team members, go all out(全力以赴)to win the match and think of others as well as honor of the group. All this will help them to become better citizens.Therefore, every one of us, young or old, man or woman, should take an active part in sports and games. Keeping Healthy is ImportantIt is said that without health, no happiness can be tasted by man. Health is essential for our life. It is so important that we must take it serious. Doing enough exercise is the main way to keep fit. Jogging may bea good choice. On the other hand, we can also go on a balanced diet. We ought to eat more vegetables and fruit. Health is the most valuable wealth（财富）. With good health, you will find how colorful our lives are!Without good health, we can’t do anything well. It is essential for us to keep healthy. To keep fit, we should go on a healthy diet. More vegetables and fruits should be had daily. Besides, we should do more exercise so as to have a stronger body. A good health can make you have a happy life as well. So let’s do something to keep ourselves healthy. It is really important.Better health, better lifeHealth is the most important thing to everyone in the world. In my opinion, all success is based on a healthy body. Nobody could do something well without health. The best way to keep healthy is to exercise everyday. For example I go to school on foot instead of taking a bus. It makes me feel happy and enables me to breathe pure air in the morning. We must protect our health first.Better health, better lifeIt’s important for us to be healthy all our life. We can’t study or work well without a healthy body. Health is connected with life tightly. If we want to make life better, we should keep ourselves healthy. Weshould keep taking exercise every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After school, we can spend an hour playing ball games. If we live in a high-rise, we can walk upstairs or downstairs. We should have a balance diet. If we follow them, we will be healthy.Public placesAlthough I have been to many beautiful places, the attraction which impressed me most is still the Great Wall. Last summer, I visited Beijing with my parents. Because of the hot weather, I climbed the Great Wall alone. To tell you the truth, it was really hard to get to the top, but I finally succeeded! I still remember how great the view was. I thought it was a reward to my effort. I won’t forget it forever.Shanghai is one of the biggest cities in China. It has a large population that you won’t feel lonely in shanghai. Especially, Shanghai is increasing more and more quickly on economy. You can visit such tourist destinations and landmarks as the Bund, The Oriental Pearl TV Tower and so on. You can enjoy yourselves when you visit Shanghai Museum. Shanghai’s long history and meaningful culture will let you love it. For 2010 World Expo we must keep our environment clean and change our basic qualities to welcome more foreigners.FriendshipStars, twinkling and shining, make the night much more beautiful. But there is a star in my heart--- Candy, a good friend of mine. I still remember clearly that I got a poor mark in Chinese. I was at a loss and felt helpless. I wandered in the street alone without any purpose. But I ran into(=met) her, my friend. She saw me and asked me whether I was OK, but I made no reply. She wasn’t angry with me and she just sat beside with me quietly. We kept silent. I found her eyes were full of care and encouragement. Finally I told her my trouble and I cried. She said nothing at first but gave me a warm hug(拥抱).. From then on, I learnt: A friend in need is a friend indeed. And a star in my heart is much brighter than a star in the sky.Friends play an important part in our lives, and although we may take friendship for granted(take…for granted认为……是理所当然的), we often don't clearly understand how we make friends. A life without a friend is a life without sun. Friendship is one of the most important things in everyone's life. Friends are who changes your life just by being a part of it, who makes you believe that there really is good in the world, who convinces you that there really is an unlock door just waiting for you to open it.When you’re down, friends can lift you up. When you lose your way, friends guide you and cheer you on. So cherish your friend, Do not save your loving speeches, for your friends till they are dead Do not write them on their tombstones(墓碑), speak them rather now insteadFriendship is a kind of human relations. It is a human instinct （本能）to make friends. When in trouble, we need friends to offer us help, support and encouragement. With success achieved, we also need friends to share our joys.。
