扩展：受了外伤怎么办？
• 受了外伤，比较严重的，需要送医院诊治。比较轻 微的，可以按照下述方法来处理： a．出现伤口并且出血的，需要清洗伤口并擦涂消 毒、消炎的外用药，如消炎粉、红药水、创可贴等。 此外还要注意：保持伤口局部的温暖干燥；可多吃 鸡蛋、瘦肉、豆类、乳类等蛋白质含量多的食品； 适当服用维生素C或多吃些新鲜蔬菜和水果；合理 换药，保持清洁。这样做，有利于伤口的痊愈。 b．肌肉、关节、韧带等扭伤的，不能立即按摩或 热敷，以免加重皮下出血，加剧肿胀。应当立即停 止活动，使受伤部位充分休息，并且冷敷或用冷水 浸泡。待24小时至48小时以后，皮下出血停止再改 用热敷，以促进消散瘀血，消除肿胀。
