一件小事初中英语作文 篇1
There is a piece of low-lying land in the street near my home.
It is hard to pass after a heavy rain. One day just after a rain,
several naughty kids and I gathered around and watched how
people passed by. Then there came an old man. He couldn't pass
and neither did he know what to do. We just stood there laughing.
After a while, two members of the Young Pioneer came over
and gave the old man a hand. On seeing that, we all blushed with
shame.

Go on a Mediterranean Journey My wife and I have always
enjoyed traveling by sea,and last year we decided to go on a
Mediterranean journey. Although our holiday was rather
expensive we thought that the high standard of accommodation,
the first-class food and the many interesting places we saw were
well worth the price we paid. We found that most of the other
passengers were friendly and interesting, but there was one man, a Mr. James, who irritated and annoyed us. Whatever subject we
talked about, it seemed that he was an expert at it. He had,
apparently, read more books, visited more countries and studied
more languages, than anyone else had.
After a few days, we ate our meals in silence, because nobody
wanted to begin a conversation that would soon be taken over
by this man. Then my wife had an idea. She suggested that we
might think of an unusual subject, look it up in an encyclopedia
and then talk about it at dinner. If it were an unusual subject, Mr.
James could not possibly know anything about it. The subject we
chose was English Agriculture in the Eleventh Century.
At dinner that night we discussed this subject with great
enthusiasm. Mr. James was silent. We realized we had at last
come to find something he knew nothing about.

I told the children in class today, let them observe the people
around them, choose the classmate you see doing the best or
making the most progress, praise him in class, and mention the
requirements, including hygiene.
Originally it was just a requirement for students, I thought
that students needed time to take effect, but I didn't think that
when school was over, the children were cleaning up more and
more actively. At that time, I couldn't help feeling some emotion.
In fact, many things, we said, thought that students can not do,
in fact, the children can, and very good to do, but they need our
recognition.
A small matter brought me a lot of thinking, in the future to
treat children to give more evaluation mechanism.

Today, I went out with a good friend of mine. We talked while walking.
All of a sudden, I saw that walking while eating bananas big
sister, she ate the banana after the banana skin everywhere a lost.
I quickly ran forward and said: "sister, can't throw garbage with
it." The elder sister was stunned for a moment, and her face was
not natural, but she picked up the banana skin after thinking for
a while and said to me: "Well, little friend, you're right, and my
sister is wrong." Then he walked across the street and threw the
banana peel into the trash can.
At this time, I was filled with pride. I think, if everyone has
the awareness of environmental protection, pay attention to
health, care for the environment, our life will become how
beautiful ah!

This year I have been 9 years old, there are a lot of things
happened in my side, today happened a thing that impressed me
very much. This morning, PE class, the teacher let us free activities,
play for a while, suddenly it began to rain, we hurried to hide in
the rain.
"Splash", the rain more and more under the bigger, like a
needle into the ground. "Dang, dang, dang" the bell rang, the
teacher let us back to class, the teachers like a gust of wind into
the teaching building, hurriedly back to class.
I followed the pace of the classmates ran out of the
classroom, I think such a big rain why also in the playground for
physical education? What bad luck! Back to the classroom I found
that some students were drenched in the rain like a drowned rat,
ugly hair, like just out of the water. There are some students run
as fast as a cheetah, even the rain did not catch up with them,
only some raindrops on the top of the head, I also ran. Well, today

A Fateful Encounter on the Bus
It was just an ordinary day, or so I thought as I went through
my usual routine of getting ready for school. Little did I know
that a seemingly insignificant event on my commute would end
up having a profound impact on my life.
I had missed the earlier bus, which meant I had to wait
almost half an hour for the next one to arrive. As it pulled up, I
quickly got on and scanned the nearly full bus for an empty seat.
My eyes landed on the only available spot, a single seat towards
the back. I made my way there, giving the polite nod and
tight-lipped smile that us city dwellers perfect at an early age
when navigating crowded spaces.
As I took my seat, I couldn't help but notice the elderly
woman sitting next to me. She was petite, with a warm smile

One small incident that happened around me recently was
when I witnessed a heated argument between two neighbors.
It was a sunny afternoon, and I was sitting by my window,
enjoying a cup of tea and reading a book. Suddenly, I heard
loud voices coming from outside. I looked out and saw Mrs.
Johnson, an elderly lady who lived next door, and Mr. Smith,
a middle-aged man who lived across the street, engaged in a
heated exchange.
Mrs. Johnson was known for her love of gardening, and
she took great pride in her beautiful flowers. On this
particular day, Mr. Smith's dog had wandered into her yard
and trampled all over her carefully nurtured plants. Mrs.
Johnson was understandably upset and confronted Mr. Smith
about the incident. Mr. Smith, on the other hand, seemed
unapologetic and brushed off her concerns, claiming that it

A Small Act of Kindness。
Last week, I experienced a small act of kindness that
truly warmed my heart. It was a typical Monday morning, and
I was rushing to catch my train to work. As I approached
the ticket machine, I realized that I had forgotten my
wallet at home. Panicked, I quickly searched through my
pockets and bag, but there was no sign of it. I felt a wave
of frustration and helplessness wash over me as I
contemplated the idea of missing my train and being late
for work.
Just as I was about to give up and head back home, a
stranger approached me. He had overheard my conversation
with myself and asked me what was wrong. I explained the
situation to him, feeling embarrassed and defeated. Without
hesitation, the man offered to buy a ticket for me. I was
taken aback by his generosity and thanked him profusely as

In the bustling city, where life is fast-paced and people are
often too engrossed in their own affairs to notice others, a
small act of kindness can make a significant difference. One
such incident happened on a typical Monday morning.
I was rushing to catch the bus to school, my mind preoccupied
with the day's lessons and the pile of grading that awaited
me. As I approached the bus stop, I noticed an elderly lady
struggling with her grocery bags. It was a chilly morning,
and her breath was visible in the cold air. She seemed to be
having a hard time balancing the bags while trying to reach
for her bus pass.
Without a second thought, I hurried over to help her. I took
one of the heavier bags from her, and we managed to board the
bus together. The relief on her face was palpable, and she
thanked me with a warm smile. As we sat down, she shared

One such moment occurred on an ordinary afternoon as I

on a bench. Her head was bowed, her shoulders slumped, and
her eyes were fixed on the ground. A sense of loneliness
and sadness emanated from her small frame.
Driven by an inexplicable impulse, I approached the child and hesitantly inquired if she was alright. To my

My Little Thing with Mom
Last weekend, I had a memorable experience with my mom that I
would like to share. It was a simple yet heartwarming event that
strengthened our bond and reminded me of the importance of family.
On Saturday morning, my mom and I decided to go to the nearby
park for a stroll. It was a beautiful day with clear skies and a gentle breeze.
As we walked along the tree-lined path, we chatted about various topics,
ranging from my school life to her work. It was during this casual
conversation that I realized how much I enjoyed these simple moments
with her.
As we approached a small pond, we noticed a family of ducks
swimming gracefully on the water's surface. Mom, being an animal lover,
suggested we feed them. We bought some duck food from a nearby
vendor and sat down on a bench, tossing the food into the water. The

One small thing that happened to me was when I
accidentally left my phone at home one morning. It seemed
like such a minor inconvenience at first, but it ended up
causing a lot of unexpected problems throughout the day.
First of all, I rely on my phone for so many things
throughout the day. I use it to check my schedule,
communicate with friends and family, and even pay for
things using mobile payment apps. Without it, I felt
completely lost and out of touch with the world around me.
As I went about my day, I realized just how much I took
my phone for granted. I couldn't easily check the time,
contact people, or even entertain myself during moments of
downtime. It made me realize how dependent I had become on
this small device and how much I had integrated it into my
daily routines.
