德温特分类体系介绍文献部阅览处陈卫明一、德温特分类1.简介德温特分类是从应用性角度编制的，它将所有的技术领域分为三个大类，分别是：化学（Chemical）、工程（Engineering）、电子电气（Electronic and Electrical）。
大类之下又分为部（section），总共有33个部，其中A-M为化学，P1-Q7工程，S-X 电子电气。
部又进一步分为小类(classes），总共有288个小类。
德温特分类表附在CPI，GMPI，EPI等文摘周报和WPIG目录周报各个分册的封二、封三页上，每个德温特分类号后面附有相应的国际专利分类号。
如果被报导的某项专利的发明主题涉及德温特分类不同的部，那么在报导时这些不同的部中都应当包括该专利。
例如一种聚合纤维新染料专利，该专利将被包括在A、E和F部中。
又如一项电视机的输出变压器专利，应当在V02和W03中都报导。
2.化学（Chemical）大类化学大类包括12个部，135个小类。

专利权人代码通常以专利权人名称为基础确定。
专利权人代码分标准代码（Standard Codes）和非标准代码（Non-Standard Codes）。
使用专利权人代码可以提高检索效率。
该文对德温特专利权人代码的设置及编制规则进行了介绍，并就使用专利权人代码应注意的方面进行了分析。

10.专利出版日期、页数及语种专利出版日期就是专利文档向公众公开的日期。
页数即原始专利文档的页数。
语种即指原始专利的语种。
11.申请细节及日期申请号码是专利局给专利文档分配的当地档案号码。
申请日期是专利在专利局申请时的登记日期。
12.优先申请信息及日期首次申请号为优先申请号，首次申请日期也成为优先申请日期。
13.国际专利分类号国际专利分类方法是在国际上公认的分类体系，由世界知识产权组织控制，由专利局分配给每一个专利文档。
二、检索说明1.选择数据库及年限选择全部或部分数据库，如果没有选择任何数据库，那么系统默认选中所有数据库。
检索时间范围有本周更新、过去两周、过去四周、所有年份及某一年份等选择。
用户有常规检索和专利引文检索两种检索方式可以选择，同时也能运行一个已保存的检索策略。
