三、学情分析我校属于乡镇学校，学生的总体英语水平较差，学习主动性也不好，每次考试英语成绩都不太乐观，能及格的学生就可以算优秀了，及格人数几乎是个位数。
根据这个学情，要完成像这样篇幅较长的文章，设计就必须由易到难，而且在阅读过程中，教师必须要做出有效的指导来帮助学生完成阅读任务。
学生的英语口语能力也不太好，所以无法进行全英文教学。
另外，虽然班上大部分学生都喜欢音乐，但对音乐的类型和内涵了解甚少。
四、教学过程（一）Lead-inGreeting and warming up通过老师的提问，进入音乐话题，再引出country music,最后指出本课的学习内容：A countrymusic song changed her life forever.这样分层次的导入，符合学生的认知逻辑。
（二）Fast reading布置学生快速阅读全文并获取每段的大意，然后完成PPT上的匹配题。
