语言，听到他唯美的词句之后我意识到自己的单词量还需要拓展，让
我自己拥有了不断进步的动力；学会去尝试未知的事物——其实当我
自己准备将题目“LESS IS MORE”倒过来说 “MORE IS ALSO
LESS”的时候我也不太确定这样做会不会被认为是跑题，但是我告诉
于给自己一个机会，敢于挑战自己，突破未知。给自己一个机会，说
不定世界就会给你一个惊喜。

• （二）要对自己严格要求
•

面对一个竞争激烈的社会，我们除了不断磨练自己，让自己变得
更强悍以外没有第二种方法。而这样则需要对自己严格要求，做事认
真。这一点我是从我的指导老师身上学到的。给我修改演讲稿的杨慧
敏老师十分认真。每个周三中午杨老师都会和我仔细推敲这份演讲稿，
时间跟我即兴练习，不光练习了一些往年的题目而且还谈论一些近期
发生的时政性问题。黄老师的思维很开阔，经常启发我的灵感，拓宽
我的思路。在比赛前我们还进行了实战演习，我到英语专业的大二的
班级轮流演讲，让观众帮我挑毛病，然后自己再不断改进。刚开始是
有一点不好意思，但是现在想想这些赛前热身是必不可少的。任何一
学管理学院；

因为英语，19岁时我作为全球最大学生组织AIESEC中国大陆区分会的
代表赴AIESEC美国分会进行项目营销以及文化交流工作；

因为英语，20岁时我幸运地获得了为NBA总裁大卫·斯特恩先生以及中
国残疾人联合会副主席汤小泉女士翻译的机会；

因为英语，21岁时我获得了来自宝洁公司对外关系部的实习录取通知

方琼：张处长，你们平时有没有碰到过，那种方言很重，说的英语听不懂的时候？
张处长：也有。比如说，有一个印度方面的官员要来访问。你可以事先上他们的网站，了解他们的一些历程，知道他们要说哪些内容。这样的话，即便你听的时候比较困难，你也知道在朝哪个方向去说。这样的话，各种因素结合在一起，就能够更好的了带方言的一些口语。

张建敏：她说的基本准确。作为翻译，一个是记的准确，另外也要记得完整。刚才我觉得她表现的很好。今天正好跟我一起来的，有我的外交部的同事张小姐，给大家展示一下我们外交部经常用到的，在交传中用的笔记，它是来辅助记忆，使我们的译文能够更加准确，更加完整。
方琼：展示一下你记的东西是什么？
方琼：有露面的时候，肯定也有漏气的时候，给我们说说好吗？
苑听雷：最难忘、最让我感到尴尬的，也是一次体育比赛。2001年国际女子网球联合会举办的中国队和俄罗斯队的比赛。赛后我们去参加新闻发布会，当时有一个组委会的官员认识我，知道我懂俄语，和我说能不能来帮他翻译一下？我当时想都没想，就答应他了。我大摇大摆地走了到翻译席上，记者提问，俄罗斯运动员就开始回答。他说了一段话，然后让我翻译。我发现他说的话我听不懂，当时就感觉很诧异。我学了这么多年的俄语，面对一个俄罗斯人说的话，我居然一句没听懂。我当时就小声跟她说，你可不可以说慢一点，再说一遍？她很宽容的又说了一遍。这个时候我才意识到，她说的不是俄语而是英语。然后我就跟她说，我是俄语翻译，你完全可以放心的讲俄语，我可以给你做翻译。她解释说，按照国际网球联合会的规定，这是一种职业化的赛事，作为运动员接受采访必须要用英语。我这个时候才真正意识到，我面临的是一个多么尴尬、多么艰难的一个场面。因为我的英语水平，在这么一场国家赛事中，面对上百名中外记者，做现场翻译，实在是差的很远很远。但我当时便急中生胆，居然一狠心，一咬牙，一跺脚，做起英语翻译来。假如她说的英语我听不懂，我就让她小声地用俄语再给我说一遍。当时我一个同事坐在台下，就看见我的脸色，一会儿红，一会儿白，既紧张又尴尬。就这样，连滚带爬的，算是把这一场翻译应付了下来。

英语演讲比赛技巧
英语演讲技巧一、上场前每一个人，无论是你身经百战，参加过很多次的演讲比赛也好，或者是你第一次上台演讲，请记住，无论你的心理素质有多好，上台以后你都会紧张。
所以在上台之前，应该做好充分的准备，充分熟悉你的演讲稿，做到可以通顺的、不假思索的背下来。
因为你在紧张的时候有可能会忘词，忘词了以后再加上紧张和现场的气氛，你会想不起来。
耽误的时间越长，你被扣分就越多。
所以，上场前，自己的稿子至少熟悉10遍。
二、上场比赛1、上场动作? 挺胸抬头，面带微笑，精精神神的昂首挺胸上场。
? 在台上，先微笑环视全场的评委、观众，然后鞠躬，进行自我介绍。
? 自我介绍越简单越好，但是要充分将自己的信息介绍给评委。

声音洪亮是你自信的表现，也能彰显出你的霸气。
2.面带微笑微笑是人类最美的表情，也是最具有杀伤力的表情。
