much, far, even, a little等词可以用来修饰比较级
e.g It is much colder today than yesterday. 今天比昨天要冷得多。

one…the other (两者中) 一个…另一个
e.g The old man has two sons. One is a doctor, the other is a teacher.

advise sb (not) to do sth.

9. Instead, I am reading all the books myself attending lessons every Saturday.
Instead，“代替，然而”为副词，通常放在句尾，放在句首时，需用逗号隔开；而instead of 是介词短语，通常放在句子中间。
e.g She didn’t answer my question, instead, she asked me another question.
= She asked me another question instead of answering my question.

学情分析：
第三单元学完后，学生感觉课文难度有明显的提升，部分学生已经逐渐跟不上，在充分考虑他们的感受后教学上我采取抓两头促中间的方法，比如针对成绩好的学生提出更高要求，成绩较差的学生要求他们掌握字词和短语等，第四单元即将开始，对大多数学生来说又是一次挑战，在教学中我将持续关注他们的发展情况，以便及时调整教学进度和教学方法。
