英语读书笔记1在英语教学过程中普遍存在着学生规规矩矩地坐着，面无表情地看着，单调的带读与重复着，唯唯诺诺地举手的局面。
老师与学生之间大都是灌输，而缺少交流，这样教师教得很辛苦，学生也学得很辛苦，但实际效果并不理想，很多学生对英语知识的掌握和运用十分有限。
从中得出，我们在教学中很多是无效的或低效的教学行为。
这种状况对小学生学习英语极为不利。
作为一名小学英语老师，我们怎样改变这种沉闷的局面，使英语教学变得更加有效呢？我在课余时间认真学习了《小学英语教学的有效性研究》一书，有很大收获。
首先我知道了有效教学的含义：有效的教学是用最小的人力、物力和时间达到预期的教学目标。
也就是要消耗少，收效高。
所谓的“收效”是指经过教师一段时间的教学后，学生所获得的具体的进步或发展。
其次这本书中讲到的提高有效教学的途径，对我今后的教学有很大帮助。
1、激发学生英语学习兴趣。
鲁迅先生说过：没有兴趣的学习无异于一种苦役。
没有兴趣的地方，就没有智慧和灵感。
兴趣是最好的教师，是最基础的学习动力的源泉。
因此教刚接触英语的儿童时，首先要培养他们的兴趣，以各种游戏和其他生动活泼的方式让他们在兴趣盎然的活动中学习英语。
教学中要把握“玩中有学，学中有玩”的原则，依据不同的教学内容为孩子们设计不同的游戏、活动、任务等，使孩子们在不知不觉的过程中轻轻松松学会了语言。
2、在课堂中采用创设情景的教学方式。
通过创设情景，能使学生仿如身临其境，触景生情，较快进入英语角色，并乐意参与语言的各种实践。
在实践中加深理解，熟悉运用和牢固掌握所学过的知识，达到了缓解知识点掌握的难度，让学生感觉到易学而不怕学、甚至中意学的`效果。
实践也证明，“情景教学法”能给教师的“教”与学生的“学”带来良好的效应。

因此这种训练往往是事倍功半。
因为学得再好不用很快就忘记了。
对于绝大多数人来说，"读"是唯一有实际效用，也是唯一能够尽快掌握的技能。
4只要有明确的目标和兴趣，假以时日，任何人都可以学好一门甚至多门外语。
总而言之，从我个人的经历看，学好英语主要是兴趣和目标。
这和做任何事没什么两样。
很多人一开始兴趣浓厚，可渐渐就兴味索然了。
这主要是缺乏明确的目标和动力。
我开始学英语的目标是读懂简写本的英文小说，后来变成读懂英文原著。
后来又希望能听懂英语广播，再后来又想能和外国人自由交谈。
这期间当然还有许多小的阶段性目标。
在每一个目标达到之后，你都会有一种成功的乐趣。
如果漫无目的，或者好高鹜远，就会很快感到没趣或挫折。

Unlike many reviewers, I feel the book does transcend time. American people and culture today, computers and all, are a lot like those in Stendhal's 19th century France.The main characters strike me as real, and quite complex. Is MME de Renal a devout, moral patroness, devoted to her family, or the vilest of adulators, ready to turn her back on duty for the simmer of love? Is Mathilde submissive, or arrogant and dominant? 通过阅读，我不仅扩充了词汇量，还对英语的语法运用、文化背景有了更深入的理解。
最近我读了一本名为《Pride and Prejudice》（《傲慢与偏见》）的经典小说。

英语中的长难句在这本书中时有出现，通过仔细分析句子成分，我逐渐掌握了复杂句子的理解方法。

英语专业读书笔记1 而学好英语这门语言，对于我们来说，会有如下好处：
第一、从小培养良好的英语的听说读写的基础，在相关企业迎接更为复杂困难的英语学习大有裨益;
第二、一旦毕业，选择英语类专业工作将使得我们的成功几率大为增加，比如：除了英语类专业之外，相关专业还有：国际经济法专业、国际贸易类、商务专业、医学专业、国际政治专业、历史专业、考古专业、传媒专业、舞蹈专业、财务专业、文学专业、师范专业、数学专业、工程专业、电子专业、生物技术专业、软件和信息技术专业等，都离不开英语的学习或国外文献资料的查阅，没有良好的英语基础，这些专业领域是不会取得重大建树的。
第三、对于某些重点学校，或者与国外建立了友好交流关系的学校，只有那些具有优势英语的学生才有可能被录取参加国外友好学校的交流活动;
第四、即使是有偏科倾向的学生，如果她的英语口语或者写作或者翻译有一技之长，将来即使是没有考上大学，他也会被社会广泛需要的，比如从事翻译、口译、英语教师、幼儿园老师、外贸行业等。
第五、语言好的学生，其右脑的智商相对更高，反应更灵敏、沟通更快捷易懂、给人印象更深刻，在竞争激烈的社会中，更有优势，更容易夺得一些机会。

英语专业读书笔记2 这一年的大学英语学习生涯，让我感慨颇多!回想起，当初的上课时的情形，一切是那么的清晰，仿佛就像是发生在昨天一样。
通过这两年在大学的英语学习，我对于目前的大学英语教学方面有以下的看法：虽然在教学内容较单一的情况下，但在英语教学方式方面相对来说，教学形式还是较丰富多彩的，具体地说：在大学英语课堂教学中，老师采用了有趣生动的教学内容呈现形式，如：游戏化地教学活动、小组讨论、课堂辩论、学生上讲台、看音像资料等来传授教学内容。
对这种形式的教学，我觉得很不错! 与我们高中枯燥的英语课堂相比，这种利用各种喜闻乐见的活动教学方式，让教学内容的呈现方式更乐意被我们接受，提高了我们对教学内容的接受程度。
当然，采用何种教学形式，取决于学生的年龄、性格特征、班级规模、班风等实际因素。
显然采用了合适的教学形式能较大地激发学生学习。
另外，另一种值得一提的教学安排就是英语PPT展示。
对于英语的PPT展示的教学安排，很多人不支持，觉得没意义，不如不用上课更好。
但我个人觉得，它是利远大于弊的。
因为这种教学安排给了我们很多的学习空间，让教学的互动性与学生的自主学习的激情给充分调动起来，同时也是一个很好的考验个人的自我约束的意识。
可能部分的同学还停留在老师一个人在讲课，学生在下面听的中学教学模式中，很难理解这其中的意义。
因此，有一部分同学在机房学习时，因自身的自律意识不强而做一些与学习无关的事情，如：看视频，聊QQ，发邮件等。
从另一角度来说，这也是对学生的自我管理与约束方面的考验的平台，在这平台上，学生将能逐渐摆脱掉依赖老师与家长的监督来学习的不良学习习惯，提高自己的自我约束能力与增强自己的学习意识。
只是，在这转变过程当中，老师等要学会引导这些学生，这样这种教学方式。
