・论 著・丹仙康骨胶囊对激素性股骨头缺血坏死血运变化的影响刘日光1 沈冯君1 杨述华2 唐国杰1 张雅丽1(1.贵阳中医学院第一附属医学骨科 贵州 贵阳 550002;2.华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院)摘要 目的:探讨经验方制剂丹仙康骨胶囊治疗激素性股骨头缺血坏死的作用机理,为临床用药提供理论依据。
方法:6月龄中国家兔46只,分为正常组、模型组、中药治疗组。
模型组与治疗组用氢化醋酸泼尼松肌注造模,A 组肌注生理盐水。
实验四周后正常组、模型组以生理盐水、中药治疗组以丹仙康胶囊灌胃,分别于治疗后4、8、12周分批处死。
测定血清总胆固醇,甘油三酯与高密度脂蛋白,观察股骨头血运变化,并以肝脏,睾丸,卵巢进行组织形态学观察。
结果:中药治疗组与模型组比较,其股骨头墨染增多,骨陷窝空虚数减少,骨髓纤维增生,坏死骨小梁周围可见到增生的成骨细胞,血清总胆固醇,甘油三酯均显著降低,而高密度脂蛋白则增高(P <0.05或0.01),肝细胞脂肪样变减轻,可见到肝索结构,睾丸卵巢纤维化好转。
结论:丹仙康骨胶囊能改善病变股骨头内微循环与促进成骨细胞的分化增殖,从而加速骨坏死修复过程。
