第12页/共13页死记硬背是一种传统的教学方式,在我国有悠久的历史。

但随着素质教育的开展,死记硬背被作为一种僵化的、阻碍学生能力发展的教学方式,渐渐为人们所摒弃;
而另一方面,老师们又为提高学生的语文素养煞费苦心。

其实,只要应用得当,“死记硬背”与提高学生素质并不矛盾。

相反,它恰是提高学生语文水平的重要前提和基础。

教后反思
今天，我上课的内容是译林版3B Unit8 We ’re twins!的第一课时Story time ，整节课上下来学生参与度高，气氛热烈，当然，上课环节中还有许多小细节值得推敲，以下是我的几点思考。

一、活动设计具有层次性
在新课导入前的口语练习让我们看到学生在将近一年的时间内已经能灵活地用英语进行简单的自我介绍和问候别人，然后紧接着通过I say you say 的小游戏复习旧知，并引出本课线索family ，帮助学Unit8 We ’re twins!

生将新旧知识进行整合。

在整节课中，我以Mike为主线，通过介绍我的朋友Mike及其family进行新单词和新句型Who is he/she? He’s/She’s…的渗透学习和操练，各种方式并进，既培养了学生听的能力，又培养了学生的注意力、观察力和思维力。

接下来，在教学story time对话中先让学生整体了解文本，再让学生带着问题看课文对话。

最后让学生跟读对话，模仿语音语调。

挖掘学生模仿使用语言的能力，从教师的语言输入转为学生的语言输出，层层递进，学生掌握较好，参与积极。

二、巩固活动的多样性
在巩固环节中，设计了多种多样的活动，从模仿朗读表演对话到设计情景让学生自由发挥表演扩充，将知识点与学生生活联系起来，在真实情境中操练句型，真正达到“用英语做事”的目的。

三、需探讨思考的地方
1、三年级的英语课堂教学重点应该在于学生的朗读指导，让学生有意识地去模仿朗读，并注意语音语调、升调降调及重音。

我对于学生朗读的指导还可以改进，不仅可以通过教师评价，还可以发展学生互评，但要对学生进行积极的引导，注意评价的导向性——先肯定孩子们的表现，再提出建议，有利于维持和激发孩子们的兴趣和积极性。

2、教师课堂教学时间没有把握好。

很遗憾，最后的拓展表演环节没有来得及呈现，只有让学生将本节课所学知识能灵活运用到生活的真实情境中来，这节课的教学目标才算是完美达到。

我在思考：或许前面I say you say游戏中少掉两组，是不是时间会更充裕？教学环节还有待推敲。

3、英语课堂教学应关注学生的思维发展，可以多问几个why？例如：Mike is puzzled. Why?引发学生的积极思考。
