第二部分讲述Danny在从长城回来的路上由于不顾交通规则所发生的事。
本课主要是让学生学会如何用英语谈论长度与历史，并学会在城市中行走要遵循安全规则。
（二）．学情分析
五年级的学生能借助图片读懂简单的对话，表达情感和进行语言交流。
学生对长城有一定的了解，对第一部分的学习有所帮助，本课将结合在道路上安全行走这一情景继续渗透祈使句Don’t be afraid 的用法。
二．教学目标：

1.学生能听懂、会说、认读并书写单词:feel, tired, stop, wait, afraid.
2.能听懂、会说、认读词汇:thousand, kilometre。
3.能认读理解并运用下列句型：
