成人高等教育本科毕业生申请授予学士学位实施细则

成人高等教育本科毕业生申请授予学士学位实施细则(修订)根据《中华人民共和国学位条例》、《中华人民共和国学位条例暂行实施办法》、《国务院学位委员会关于授予成人高等教育本科毕业生学士学位暂行规定》([88]学位字012号)以及《东华大学学位授予工作实施细则》等文件精神,制订本实施细则。
一、申请条件1、必须坚持社会主义方向,拥护中国共产党的领导,拥护社会主义制度,愿意为社会主义建设事业服务,遵纪守法,品行端正。
2、主修专业所有课程(除毕业论文外)平均成绩不低于75分。
3、毕业论文(毕业设计)成绩合格。
4、本科在校学生在有效学习年限内修满教学计划规定的学分。
5、学位外语要求:(1)外语专业学生通过专业英语考试4级及以上考试,或通过学校学位外语水平考试。
(2)根据《上海市学位委员会办公室关于进一步明确上海市成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位外语水平要求的通知》(沪学位办〔2014〕3号)文件精神,非外语专业学生,若在成人高等教育入学考试报名语种为英语,参加全国大学英语四级考试,成绩达到上海市学位委员会办公室公布的可授予成人高等教育学士学位的英语水平最低线,若成人高等教育入学考试报名语种为非英语小语种,可参加相应的大学小语种科目四级考试;或参加全国英语等级3级考试(PETS-3),获得笔试成绩合格证书;或在读期间通过学校组织的学位英语考试。
证书或成绩从获得之日至学士学位申请日期止四年内有效。
6、凡有以下情况之一者,不能申请授予学位:(1)在校学习期间,受过违纪处分且处分未撤销者;(2)因其他情形经校学位评定委员会审查认定不授予学位者。
7、毕业后再报名参加的外语考试成绩不作为申报学位的依据。
二、申请、审核、授予程序1. 具备学位申请资格的在校学生,在规定时间内可向学院提出学位申请。
本人填写《东华大学继续教育学院学士学位申请表》,学院方受理其学位申请,受理时间为该生毕业前1个月内或毕业后取得外语考试合格成绩单后的一个月内,逾期不再受理。

二、考试语种考生可报考语种为:英语、日语、俄语,所有语种均不考听力。
外语类专业的考生应试语种为其所学专业教学打算规定的第二外国语语种。
三、报名对象各类成人高等教育在读本科生,拟申请取得学士学位者,均须参加本考试。
四、报名程序及相关要求2018年河南省成人学士学位外语统考报名采取网上报名方式,再也不进行现场确认。
(一)网上报名省内成人高等教育本科生培育高校(名单见附件1)务于2018年3月6日前登录“成人学士学位外语水平省级联考治理信息平台”(以下简称“联考平台”,)完本钱单位大体信息和专业信息的保护及发布等工作。
考生于2018年3月9日—3月31日间登录报名系统(http:/),注册个人信息、填写提交报考信息、上传本人电子照片及身份证正反面照片(电子照片标准见报名系统提示)并在网上缴纳报名考试费。
考生要妥帖保留注册的用户账户和密码。
报名信息或照片未经审核或审核不通过的考生不能进行网上缴费。
各校须在考生照片上传48小时内,在联考平台上对本单位考生的报名信息进行认真审核,同时对考生上传的电子照片按规定标准进行审核。
高校大体操作流程图见附件2。
(二)相关要求1. 考生应在规定的时刻内完成网上报名和网上缴费,超期不予办理。
2. 所有考生应在规定报名点报名参加考试,不然考试成绩无效。
在我省借考的省外高校考生需经其高校所在地省级学位主管部门和我厅学位治理与研究生教育处(河南省学位委员会办公室)同意后方可报名参加考试。
在我省借考的省外高校考生在进行网上报名时务必要注明自己的学位授予单位,且只能选择在河南工业大学考点进行考试。

1.考生资格:
➢国家承认学历的普通高等学校、独立设置的成人高等学校举办的成人教育(如函授、夜大、自考、大专起点本科班、网络教育等)的学生,以及高等教育自学考试本科在校生和应届毕业生(包括港澳台学生),可以申请参加该考试。
➢对于普通高校插班生,如果他们在入学时有本科外语课程成绩,则不需要参加考试;但如果他们没有这些成绩,那么在毕业时必须通过当年的全国统一考试才能申请学士学位。
➢自学考试本科毕业生需要在毕业后半年内申请学士学位,并且需要通过学位授予学校的课程考核和全省统一命题的外国语水平考试。
2.报名材料:
➢所有考生必须持有有效的第二代居民身份证进行报名。
➢对于非中国国籍的考生,需要持有相应的国际旅行证件,如港澳台身份证件、华侨身份证或外籍护照。
3.考试时间:
➢考生应在考试前至少30分钟到达考点。
4.考试成绩有效期:
➢成人高等教育本科毕业生可以在取得毕业证书后的一年内报考学士学位外语考试。
5.其他规定:
➢不符合上述条件的任何人不得参加学士学位外语报名及考试。
➢如果考生不具备报名资格而完成了报名,将无法参加考试,并需由考生本人承担由此产生的一切后果。

我市2018年成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位外国语水平
统一考试报名须知
一、报名资格
重庆市已有学士学位授予权的高校举办的函授、夜大、大专起点本科班、网络教育等成人教育及高等教育自学考试的在校(籍)本科生、应届本科毕业生均可报名参加考试。
已获得成人高等教育本科毕业证的学生,其报考资格由学位授予单位认定。
经教育部批准、国家承认学历独立设置的成人高校学生,应到挂靠授位的学位授予单位参加报名考试(具体单位见附件4)。
二、报名相关工作
考生原则上只能到本人申请学士学位的高校参加考试,考生所报学位授予单位未设考点的学生由重庆市教育考试院指定到其它考点进行考试。
考试时间:2018年4月22日(星期日)9:00—11:00。
考生必须在英语、日语、法语、俄语、德语中选择一门。
非外国语专业的考试语种,必须与接受学士学位申请的学位授予单位相应专业成人在校生培养方案规定的语种一致。
外国语专业的考试语种,必须与接受学士学位申请的学位授予单位相应的外国语专业成人在校生培养方案规定的第二外国语语种一致。
三、报名程序
(一)报名方式
2018年重庆市学位外语考试报名采取网上报名与现场确认相结合的方式进行,如果考生在网上报名后通过了学位授予点网上审核的,可以不到现场确认。
未通过学位授予点网上审核的考生需要到学位授予点进行现场确认。
(二)报名和确认时间
网上报名时间为3月6日-3月23日,现场确认时间为3月24日-25日。
(三)网上报名
考生登录(http://xsxw.ks365/stu),根据程序流程要求逐步完成报名。
考生须上传本人近期电子照片(具体要求见附件1)和身份证照片正反面。
学位授予单位须派专人在照片上传48小时内(节假日顺延)对本考点考生上传的电子照片和身份证照片没有通过自动审核的学生进行人工审核。
照片审核过程中,管理系统会自动向照片审核不通过的考生发送手机短信和电子邮件,通知其重新上传。
经审核不通过的考生需要进行现场确认。

(四)现场确认
网上报名经审核不通过的考生须在现场确认期间持第二代居民身份证(港澳台身份证件、华侨身份证或外籍护照)到指定地点进行现场确认,并上网缴纳考试相关费用。
报名信息通过审核后一律不得更改。
只完成网上报名,但未在规定时间内完清相关手续的考生,
本次报名无效。
(五)报名和考试证件要求
居住在中华人民共和国境内的公民(含现役军人和人民武装警察)须持第二代居民身份证报名,其他人员须持港澳台身份证件、华侨身份证或外籍护照报名。
各现场确认点在现场确认时,须使用经公安部第一研究所核准的第二代居民身份证阅读器,对考生所持第二代居民身份证进行鉴别,联机阅读与核验第二代居民身份证芯片内的个人信息,进行“人证同一性”认定,严防替考情况发生。
(六)准考证下载
考生于4月10日—21日期间登录考生登录(http://xsxw.ks365/stu),下载准考证。
(七)考试报名费
根据《重庆市物价局重庆市财政局关于核定我市成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位外国语水平考试收费标准的复函》(渝价函〔2007〕262号)规定,本考试收费标准为100元/生。
除此之外,不得向考生收取任何费用。
(八)成绩查询
考生可于6月上旬登录(http://xsxw.ks365/stu),考试报名系统查询成绩,或在申请学位高校查询成绩。

英语考试大纲为《成人高等教育本科生学士学位英语水平考试大纲(非英语专业,第二版)》,高等教育出版社出版;日语考
试大纲为《成人高等教育本科生学士学位日语水平考试大纲(非日语专业)》,高等教育出版社出版;法语考试大纲为《成人高等教育本科生学士学位法语水平考试大纲(非法语专业)》,高等教育出版社出版;俄语考试大纲为《成人高等教育本科生学士学位俄语水平考试大纲(非俄语专业)》,高等教育出版社出版;德语考试大纲为《成人高等教育本科生学士学位德语水平考试大纲(非德语专业)》,高等教育出版社出版。

2018年重庆市成人高等教育本科生申请学士学位外国语水平考试考生上传电子照片标准
(中国护照证件照片标准)
1.电子照片图像样式:
2.图像规格:567像素(高)×390像素(宽),头部宽度为248~283像素,头部长度为331~390像素,分辨率300dpi,图像文件大小在20~200 kB,JPG格式。
图像尺寸为48毫米(高)×33毫米(宽),头部长度为28~33毫米,头部宽度为21~24毫米。
3.颜色模式:24位RGB真彩色。
4.要求:近期(三个月内)正面免冠彩色半身电子照片。
照片背景为白色,其他颜色不予受理。
照片要求人像清晰,轮廓分明,层次丰富,神态自然,着深色上衣。
5.照片可请照相馆、数码店等协助拍摄并调整至相应文件大小(20kB~200kB),不得进行任何修饰。
6.电子照片由考生本人提交。
该电子照片将在《报名登记表》、准考证、成绩单上使用。
