喷嘴行业的起源1、最早本没有喷嘴这个行业，美国有一个小伙子，曾经是一个五金加工匠人，在日常的工作中，发现了客户关于喷嘴的需求，也制作了很多各式各样的喷嘴，只是没有成系列，随着工业的发展，这种需求也越来越大，这个小伙子就将所有做过的喷嘴，进行归类整理，形成系列化，并且注册了一个公司：Spraying Systems Co,就是美国喷雾系统公司——全世界最大的喷嘴公司（已经超过70年的历史），这个小伙子就是美国喷雾公司的创始人：JIM BRONSON--每一个喷嘴人应该铭记的一个伟人，喷嘴行业的创始人。

早在80年代初，在江苏扬州有一个小县城叫做江都，有一个小厂叫做江都气动附件厂，是一个村办企业，主要从事爆米花机、管道接头等产品，后来进行改制，由当时的销售科长管序荣承包下来，为宝钢进行管道接头的加工。
当时宝钢引进了新日铁的一套连铸生产线，由于当时进口喷嘴价格昂贵，宝钢考虑国产化，就由当时的江都气动附件厂进行产品测绘，在宝钢技术人员的帮助下，终于历经重重困难，实现了连铸喷嘴的国产化替代，从此江都气动附件厂就进入了喷嘴这个领域，而且随着宝钢的支持以及自身的努力，他们已经成为中国钢铁行业喷嘴的王者，年销售额过亿，并且更名江苏博际喷雾系统有限公司——他们是中国喷嘴行业的开创者，向他们致敬！3、在广东东莞的一个涂装车间，有一个人，叫做宋志明，90年代后期他发现车间里涂装喷嘴价格昂贵，更换频繁，发现这商机之后，他毅然举债开模具，仿制出第一批国产的卡夹式涂装喷嘴，并且成立了一个喷嘴公司——广东长原喷雾公司，后来经过多年研究发展，终于从涂装喷嘴向金属喷嘴再向过滤器行业发展，企业更名为广东长原喷雾净化科技有限公司，成为广东喷嘴起源的鼻祖。
