于是，我利用让同学们自己读课文的几分钟里，走到李阳同学面前悄声对他说，李阳同学，你知道吗？你的数学老师，语文老师，都说你这一段时间表现很好，上课认真听讲不做小动作了，也不打扰其他同学听课了，学习进步了很多，同学对你的评价也很好，说你是一位聪明好学的同学，那你的英语是不是也都学会了呢？”他摇了摇头，有些不好意思低下头说：没有”，我抓住时机紧接着说：像你这样聪明的同学，肯定一学就会的，不信待会我们再学点新东西，看看你能不能学会，好不好啊？”李阳同学很爽快的答应了行，老师”，我接着说：好，那就请把你的身体坐直，好好听老师讲课，我会随时注意你的。
”我走向讲台又开始讲课，果然，这次他把注意力有集中到听课上了，我对他微笑了一下，表示我对他的鼓励，他表现得非常好，整节课下来，没有做小动作，也没有打扰其他同学听课。
通过这样的事件我自己也感悟到许多，作为老师，在教育教学中一定要善于运用自己的智慧，灵活机敏地处理一些事件，幽默含蓄地扭转尴尬局面，有效地处理课堂突发事件，只有这样，才能顺利的完成课堂教学任务，如果我当时当着全班同学的面训斥他取笑他，那结果会怎样呢？他会不会因为你的批评而讨厌你，害怕你，从此失去了学习英语的兴趣呢？我不禁长长地舒了口气，幸好我没那样做。
