最近有很多朋友问我户外出行的时候如何调节自己的背包,对于老驴来说这当然是很简单的一件事了,但对于新驴来说就没太多的技巧了。
下面就有山夫户外跟大家谈谈如何调节自己的背包处在一个合适的位置。
1.首先将背垫与背负支架打开,上下调节背负高度以适应自身躯干。
2.将背包放松后,把腿抬起,使其与身体成90度夹角。
此时腰带下部与大腿后端持平。
3.填充背包时,重的物品应置于背包的上部靠近身体的一侧。
这样有利于将重量分摊,减轻重量,背负时更轻松。
如果是上下坡度角度大时,重量应置于略下一些的位置。
4.防雨罩,下雨时保护背包,以防浸湿。
5.将背包背起,首先抓住背包的拎袋,然后一肩膀滑入背带,再另一肩膀。
如果背包拎不动,就先放在大腿上。
6.背好后,调节背包,收紧腰带围在髋骨上。
调节背包时的顺序:腰带-肩带-重心调节带-腰部收紧带-胸部拉带。
7.将肩带拉紧,使衬垫紧靠肩部,但要避免过紧(视自身状况调节),以防所有负重由臀部转移到肩部。
8.调节肩带上部的重心调节带,将背包的重心位置变换,并使肩带顺畅紧贴你的肩膀。
9.之前的步骤做好后,拉紧腰中收紧带,可以使背包的重量有效转移至臀部承重。
10. 为防背包滑落,可将两个肩带之间的胸部拉带收缩下,这样可以缓解肩部负重,减轻重量。

在物品多得背包内装不下时,可将帐篷、睡袋、防潮垫等放在背包的外部,使用外挂带固定。
地形不同外挂部位也有区别,比如钻丛林,就不要向高处发展。
背重包上肩也有技巧。
把登山包放在一定高度,双肩进入肩带。
身体前倾,靠双腿站立起来,这是比较方便的办法。
如果在无高处可放的地方,用双手将登山包提起。
放在一膝盖上(面对背带)。
然后一手控制包,另一手抓肩带迅速转体,使一臂进入肩带,这样另一臂进入就容易多了。
在通过急流、陡峭地段时,必须有绳索保护。
在无保护通过时,应放松肩带,打开腰带和胸带以便万一出现危险时,能以最快速度使人包分离。
