This group, often referred to as "the啃老族" (literally, "the elder-dependent youth") in Chinese, poses a unique challenge to society. The rise of the NEETs phenomenon can be attributed to a combination of factors. Firstly, the increasingly competitive job market and the rising cost of education have made it difficult for many young people to find stable employment or pursue further studies. Secondly, the traditional values of filial piety and family ties often encourage young adults to rely on their parents, even when they are capable of becoming independent. The impact of this phenomenon is multifaceted. On the individual level, NEETs or often face psychological issues such as low self-esteem and a sense of failure. They may also miss out on the opportunities for personal growth and development that come with independence. On the societal level, the dependence of young adults on their parents places a significant financial burden on families and may contribute to a lack of economic vitality. To address this issue, it is important to take a multifaceted approach. Firstly, policies should be implemented to promote job creation and provide support for young people seeking employment. This includes providing training and education opportunities to enhance their employability. Secondly, there is a need to promote independent living among young adults and encourage them to take responsibility for their own lives. This can be achieved through public awareness campaigns and by encouraging parents to set boundaries and expectations for their children. In conclusion, the NEETs phenomenon is a complex issue that requires a multifaceted approach to address. My View on NEET“NEET”是“Not Currently Engaged in Education, Employment or Training” 或“ Not in Education, Employment or Training” 的缩略语,即我们说的“啃老族”。
目前,在中国的农村和城市都有“啃老族”这种现象产生的原因如何应对这种现象My View on NEETNowadays, the problem of NEET has been brought into public attention. The past five years has witnessed a sharp increase in the percentage of NEET from 1.5 to 12.3,which refers to the group of the young who are not currently engaged in education,employ-ment or training, but just idling and relying on their parents. To account for this phenomenon, people have come up with vari-ous reasons listed below. To begin with, since the expansion of univer-sity enrollment in 1999, an increasing number of college graduates have poured into job-hunting market. However, some of them are not fully prepared and become unemployed. What’s more, some young people are the only children of their family and get badly spoilt. As a result, they are psychologically dependent even when they are grown-ups.To this problem, in my mind, there are at least two approaches. In the first place, colleges or the community should provide pre-job training courses for the young. In addition, parents should cultivate their children’s sense of independencefrom the very childhood. 啃老族现象英文作文

啃老族现象英文作文The phenomenon of "Kanglao" (young adults who continueto rely on their parents for financial support) has become increasingly common in recent years. It seems that many young people are reluctant to leave the comfort of their parents' home and take on the responsibilities of adulthood. It's not just about living at home and enjoying a free ride. Many "Kanglao" individuals also expect their parentsto pay for their education, car, and even their leisure activities. This creates a huge financial burden for the parents, who are often struggling to support themselves as well. Some people argue that the high cost of living and low wages make it difficult for young people to becomefinancially independent. While this may be true to some extent, it's also important for young adults to takeinitiative and strive for financial independence. The "Kanglao" phenomenon also has psychological implications. It can create a sense of entitlement and dependency in young adults, making it difficult for them to develop a strong sense of self-reliance and resilience.Parents also play a role in perpetuating the "Kanglao" phenomenon. Some parents may feel guilty for not spending enough time with their children when they were young, so they overcompensate by providing financial support wellinto their children's adulthood.Ultimately, the "Kanglao" phenomenon reflects a broader societal issue. It highlights the challenges young people face in achieving financial independence and the complex dynamics of the parent-child relationship in modern society.。

啃老族作文范文英语

啃老族作文范文英语I think the concept of "kang lao zu" is quite interesting. It refers to the phenomenon of young people relying on their parents for financial support well into adulthood. Some people see it as a negative thing, but I think it's more complicated than that.Growing up, we were always told that we should strive to be independent and self-sufficient. But in today's society, with the rising cost of living and the unstable job market, it's not always easy for young people to makeit on their own. So it's not surprising that some choose to live with their parents for longer.Of course, there are also those who take advantage of their parents' generosity and refuse to take responsibility for themselves. They may be labeled as "kang lao zu," but I think it's important to consider the reasons behind their behavior. Maybe they lack the skills or confidence tostrike out on their own, or maybe they simply enjoy thecomfort and security of living at home.At the end of the day, I believe that each person's situation is unique and should be judged on its own merits. It's easy to criticize others for their choices, but we should try to understand where they're coming from before passing judgment. After all, family is supposed to be a source of support and love, not a reason for division and conflict.。

The pressure to succeed in a highly competitive environment, coupled with rising living costs, has contributed to the persistence of this trend. While some argue that 啃老族 is a result of economic challenges and lack of opportunities, others believe it reflects a lack of independence and responsibility. In recent years, under the pretext of employment difficulty, some students return home to live with their parents after graduation.. They hold their parents responsible for furnishing them with all the tuitions and living expenses. They seldom work part-time to alleviate their parents of their burdens. Worse still, they exhaust every penny of their parents and even grandparents to buy an apartment for their own enjoyment. in my opinion, there are two main reasons for this phenomenon.
On one hand, the young generation has
been too spoiled by their parents to be strong enough to confront the difficulties and hardships. On the other hand, more and more parents, afraid that their beloved children may be frustrated by the pressure and strain from the competitive world, are more than willing to exert a ll their energies to help them. the modern world is becoming far more competitive than people could bear
It is obvious that the young generation should be independent of their parents who have already made painstaking effective measure must be taken to avoid this trend. First of all, a positive mental guidance must be popularized among young people to enhance their awareness of striving for a better life all
by themselves and of relieving their parents of the heavy burden. Secondly , an educational campaign must be launched to help the young to be self-dependent and get away from too much stress.
We should feel ashamed of this behavior and take immediate actions to t become independent and self-reliant.。
