当你的孩子没有考好,你是不是会很生气?当你的孩子写作业拖拉,你是不是会火冒三丈?当你的孩子不能整理好书桌,你是不是也会生气……
当你生气的时候,你有没有想过你为什么会生气呢?你会说:他应该考好的,可是他粗心了,所以他没有考好啊!他应该一个小时写完作业的,可是他已经花了两个小时了!他的书桌应该是干净整齐的,可是现在乱七八糟……
到最后你会发现,当孩子的行为没有做到你想的应该的那个样子,你就会生气。

所有的应该都是不应该,那个应该的样子只是你心中的标准小孩。

当孩子的行为没有满足你心中的那个标准小孩的样子的时候,你就认为问题来了,当小孩的行为不符合你期望的样子,当小孩的行为和你期望的行为有差距的时候,就产生了问题和问题小孩。

在这里再次提到0-100分法则。

假设你心中的标准小孩为100分,而现在小孩的行为实际只有40分,如果你总是看到40分离100还有60分的差距,而且不断地责骂和否定孩子,那家长这是在做减法,只能让分值越来越低。

如果我们用资源的眼光来看待这个事情,以孩子拥有的四十分为基础,给予孩子每天一点点的肯定,那家长这是在做加法,会让这个分值越来越高总的来说这是一个看待事物观念的转变。

一旦看待事物的观念转变,一切都会转变!。

经试验不合格的钢筋,必须按照试验规范提高抽检数量重新试验,若仍然不合格,判定为不合格并严禁用于工程中,一律退回生产厂家。

(2)、钢筋加工
原材料进场下垫上盖(下垫高度不低于30cm),分类堆放,标识清楚。

检查合格后由技术员根据现场材料、规范及设计图纸做下料计划,钢筋班组根据下料计划合理下料,并经自检员自检合格后报监理验收,验收合格后方可进行钢筋连接。

加工好的半成品应符合设计图纸及规范要求,并分类存放整齐,防止受潮、锈蚀或沾污,对已锈蚀的钢筋,在使用前必须先除锈。

加工好的半成品实施挂牌管理。

(3)、钢筋绑扎
梁体钢筋应整体绑扎,先进行底板及腹板钢筋的绑扎,然后进行顶板钢筋的绑扎,当梁体钢筋与预应力钢筋相碰时,可适当移动梁体钢筋或进行适当弯折。

所有梁体预留孔处均增设相应的螺旋钢筋;钢筋接头应设置在承受应力较小处,并应分散布置。

配置在“同一截面”内受力钢筋的截面面积不超过受力钢筋总截面面积的50%。

按图纸标明的钢筋间距,用墨斗弹出主筋、分布筋间距.按设计要求先摆放受力主筋,后放分布筋。

在绑扎时交叉点应用铁丝按双对角线(十字线)绑扎结实,箍筋应与主筋或水平筋垂直,绑扎时应确实围紧其主筋,箍筋的转角与钢筋的交叉点全部扎牢,其中间平直部分的交叉点可用梅花式交错绑扎,增加绑扎结点或配以必要的架立钢筋保证钢筋骨架有足够的刚度和稳定性,使钢筋位置在砼浇筑时不致变动。

梁体钢筋最小净保护层底板上下层为32mm外,腹
板钢筋净保护层为36mm,绑扎铁丝的尾段不应伸入保护层内,垫块应采用与梁体同等寿命的
垫块控制净保护层厚度。

(4)、钢筋搭接
箍筋原则上不允许搭接,水平筋可绑扎搭接,其绑扎搭接长度不小于35d,主筋长度不够时,采用双面搭接焊,焊缝长度不小于5d,焊缝宽度等于被焊钢筋直径的0.7倍,且不得小于10mm,焊缝厚度应等于被焊钢筋直径的0.25倍,且不得小于4mm,接头位置应相互错开,当采用绑扎搭接接头时,在规定搭接长度的任一区域内有接头的受力钢筋截面面积占受力钢筋总截面面积百分率,受拉区不大于50%。

(5)、钢筋安装
使用插入式振捣器振捣时,按下列方法进行:振捣棒不得在启动状态下放置于模板或钢筋上,不得将软轴插入到混凝土内部或使软轴折成硬弯。

振动棒插入点布置应均匀排列,可采用“行列式”或“交错式”,按顺序移动,不应混用,以免造成混乱而发生漏振。

每次移动位置的距离应不大于振动器的作用半径的1.5倍。

离模板边缘10cm,插入下层混凝土5cm,防止碰撞模板钢筋及预埋件;表面振捣器的移动距离以使振动平板覆盖已振实部分10cm为度。

振动棒插入混凝土后,应上下移动变换位置,幅度为5-10cm,以利于排出混凝土中空气,振捣密实。

每插点应掌握好振捣时间,过短过长都不利,每点振捣时间一般为20-30s。

待混凝土达到不再下沉,无显著气泡上升,顶面平坦一致,并开始浮现水泥浆,方可拔出振动棒。

当发现表面积水,立即设法排除,并检查发生的原因或调整混凝土配合比。

使用振动棒时,前手应该紧握在振动棒上端约50cm处,以控制插入点,后手扶正软轴,前后手相距40-50cm左右,使振动棒自然沉入混凝土内。

插入式振动器操作时,应做到“快插慢拔”。

快插是为了防止混凝土表层先振实,而下层混凝土发生分层,离析现象。

慢拔实为了使混凝土能填满振动棒抽出时形成得空隙,防止形成空洞。

浇筑0#块时,要避免振动棒碰撞预应力筋的管道,根据管道的位置,振动棒避开管道。

在离预埋件、预留筋周围进行混凝土布料和振捣时,在振捣过程中严禁触碰预埋件、预留筋,振捣后即对预埋件进行观测,当发现偏离时立即进行调整。

桥面板混凝土灌筑到设计标高后用提浆机及时赶压、抹平,保证排水坡度、平整度极顶面标高。

收浆抹平执行两次,以防裂纹和不平整,抹面时严禁洒水。

2.5.3、砼养生
箱梁外侧采用自动喷淋养生,箱内洒水养生,箱顶面采用5cm厚海绵饱水养生,养生时间不少于5天。

每梁段都由监理工程师和施工技术员用回弹仪共同检测梁体砼强度,达到设计强度,可停止养生,未达到时要加大养生力度或查找原因。

混凝土养护期间,混凝土内部最高温度不宜超过55℃,混凝土内部温度与表面温度之差、表面温度之差与环境温度之差不宜大于15℃,养护用水温度与混凝土表面温度之差不得大于15℃。

混凝土带模养护期间,应采取自动喷淋进行保湿、潮湿养护。

混凝土拆模后,在箱梁外侧混凝土采用自动喷淋养生,箱内洒水养生,箱顶面采用5cm厚海绵饱水养生。

拆模时混凝土芯部与表层、表层与环境之间的温差不得大于15℃。

混凝土内部开始降温前不得拆除。

严禁拆除模板时碰撞混凝土表面及棱角,避免对墩身外观质量造成损伤。
