1、如果活动时间与上课或其他事物冲突，则活动提前，或是取消。
2、若是活动当天天气不好，本班学生f负责雨具的整理摆放工作。
3、提前调试好音响、麦克风等器具，保证其能正常使用。
如果音响或是相关工具出现问题，及时联系相关部门或是拿出准备的备用器具。
4、发现本班同学或是与外班同学出现矛盾冲突，负责突发状况的同学m及时调解。
如果涉及到活动的进行，同学g、h及时采取准备措施，保证活动有序进行。
5、如果活动举行过程中，有同学出现身体不适，同学m负责安排其休息或是提前离场。
十一、活动资金预算
1、购买活动小吃软工班预定出资两百元。
2、购买活动道具及活动涉及到的奖品软工班预定一百元。
音响软工班提供。
3、购买装扮会场软工班预定出资五十元。
总计花费:三百五十元备注：英语系出资数额由该班人数及协商后定。
十二、活动总结通过此次活动，让同学们体验到别样的新年节日，对西方的文化进一步了解，增加同学们学习英语的热情。
同时，加强与外界同学的英语交流，看到自己的不足，进一步加强英语的学习。
