Here are nine soaraway yaks in different shapes.This sculpture is called Take-off • Hoh Xil with 9 metres in height, 12 metres in length and 4.2 metres in width. Of which the base of the sculpture is 1.8 metres in its height, 7.6 metres in its length and 3.6 metres in its width. The sculpture is designed according to our Group’s special originality by Professor Zhang Hong of the Arts Department, Qinghai Normal University with his realistic approach, exaggerated romantic organization, imposing manner and dynamic effect, combined circular engravure and high relief with the feeling of up-forward and gallop. Standing here, you may see 5 yaks in the front with another 4 yaks behind. They are 9 yaks in total with courageous play and bullish manner. Team unity is our performance theme. Meanwhile, it give us a kind of sense of beauty. This sculpture is reputed as The Foremost Yaks of China and the World as whole by Mr. Luo Yulin, the vice-governor of Qinghai Province. Because it symbolize our Group’s enterprise spirit of Unity, Progression, Cohesion and Innovation.Next, let’s learn about our Group’s the overall layout. We design our Group on the basis of the idea of Stores Stand before Workshops. On the right, it is Hoh Xil Internatinal Hotel of 4-star standard, in the middle it is Hoh Xil Ecological Park. On the left, it is our R & D Building. After it, they are our production workshops. Yaks are different from the buffaloes in the south and cattle in the north. The mature period of Tibetan yak is about 3 years, so its nutritional value is very high.Here are the Titetan antelop pattern carried by Hoh Xil trademark. The temperature of row acid should be controlled at 0 to 4 centigrade degrees as at this temperature bacteria can not grow easily.Section Area: It is the place to make meat look better. Here we get rid of tendon, skin, fat, oil and fragmentary bones from the fresh meat and section it according to its lines. Then some of the sectioned meat is frozen and sold. The meat that need to be cooked will be sent to cooking room via drum line.Multifunctional Frozen Meat Procession Area: Here the minced meat is processed to yak meat balls, strings and frozen dumplings. At last they are quick frozen for sale.Cooking and Meat Cutting Area: Put the meat into the automated fleshpot which controlled by computer. It can add air and water and regulate the speed. The cooked meat is cooled down through the air shower system, and then the cooked meat is stir-fried after it is cut into different shapes.Flavoring Area: Here different flavors are prepared according to consumers, such as curry, hot, spiced and Tibetan-style marinade taste. The stir-fried meat is dried in the oven and then cooled down naturally.Inner Packing Area: Our staff weigh each bag of products by electronic balance (+/- 0.5 g). So our products are guaranteed in quality and quantity. We will not cheat consumers. In addition, we introduced a batch of new packing equipment.Now the cylinder we see is our high temperature sterilization boiler. It mainly sterilize the torn yak pie meat. What is close to every body is the microwave stambilization machine. It is mainly used to dry meat and guarantee the last sterilization before packing. Then through belt it is delivered to our Outer Packing Room. This is our final products.This is our automatic packing machine. The packing boxes are transmitted by the conveyor. Worker fill the bags manually. Then the boxes are sealed by the automatic machine and stacked by the introduced robot arm. Our workers only need to move the final boxes to the designated position by the forklift. ( This way the workers’ labor intensity is greatly lightened.)Milk Tea Workshop: Here we sort the Qinghai highland barley and make tea. The milk is from Tibetan yak and so its nutritional value is very high. The milk is in bags and cups. Besides, our highland barley can be puffed just like popcorn. It tastes very well.Native Produce Workshop: Here all kinds of Qinghai native produce from Tibetan areas are sorted and packed to exquisite gift. 《可可西里》是一部真实的影片，真实的让人窒息。
“砰”，一个生命结束了，没有任何渲染，原来生命的结束竟如此的简单。
天葬师的刀，神鹰的盘旋，喇嘛的颂经声，那是对生命的提示，尘世与天堂，究竟有多远的距离？巡山队员刘栋一脚踏进流沙，流沙渐渐的吞噬着他，他挣扎着，挣扎着，没有了挣扎，最后一缕头发也淹没在流沙中。
生命的消失就这样残酷呈现在眼前。
强巴走了，那个独自在不冻泉守了三年的汉子，愣住了；刘栋走了，那在雪地里挣扎的洛桑也哭了：“我们走不出去了”。
马占林和他的同伴在生命线上挣扎，一个倒下了，同伴甚至连头都不会回，“走出去了，但死了不少人”。
在生命线上，人无法用“好”与“坏”来评价，所谓的好与坏可以在瞬间转换，追马占林与他儿子的巡山队员倒下，救他的是马占林的儿子。
最后，救下尕玉也是那个盗猎者的帮凶。
可可西里，没有“好”与“坏”，道德屈从于生存。
盗猎者为了生存而盗猎藏羚羊，而巡山队员为了治病也卖藏羚羊。
“转山的人的手和脸很脏，但他们的心是很干净的”，有多少人能说自己的心比那个马占林干净呢？扒一张皮子5元钱……可可西里，暴力，血腥，对生命的挑战，那里不属于女人，“好姑娘多的很”，那只是一个美丽的谎言。
冷雪离开了，会有其他的女人在刘栋的身边吗？日泰死后，那影片最后一个女人——日泰的女儿，她会去哪儿？日泰的死，是向着这个没有偶像的年代的最后呼喊，面对着枪口，依然挥出他那一拳，“砰”，倒地，抽搐着，一梭子弹，不再抽搐。
漫天飞雪中，一个队员一个队员的消失，日泰队长最后也躺在那，那样的安详。
“可可西里，是天堂，是地狱，还是见证生命与信仰的圣地？因为，可可西里的故事难以诉说，只有真正走过的人才能体会！”导演陆川如是说。
尕玉去了可可西里，他体会了。
体会终将改变可可西里。
人类踏上地球的第一个脚印不该带着罪恶。
“再走五里，那里是公路”可可西里让人心惊的是残酷的盗猎份子、残酷而美丽的自然风景，它是以纪实的风格讲述了一个惊心动魄的感人故事。
是按照一个记者的见闻为线索讲述的。
他的开端、过程都在暗示一个残酷似乎诡异的故事及故事发生的背景，开端是一个残忍的画面盗猎份子猎杀藏羚羊并残酷杀害寻山队员，接着低沉的嗓音给观者一个故事梗概，接着随着故事的发展展开一个在残酷环境下发生的一个悲剧。
这个悲剧本身足够惨烈这是这个电影选材的成功之处，这部电影与现在其他电影的不同之处还在于他的纪实风格，纪实风格将观者置于一个更加真实的意义或氛围之中，电影还将情感、意气糅合在这险恶的故事当中，加上独有的纪实音响构成了一部经典之作。
《可可西里》讲述的是一群志愿寻山队员为保护珍稀动物发生的一个悲剧故事。
故事发生的自然背景是在气候极其恶劣的可可西里。
开端的一个组镜头：“一个寻山队员睡在车里，被盗猎份子抓获并被害”让人联想到寻山队员是在多么恶劣的环境下展开工作的――厚的大衣、脏脏脸、倦的眼神。
这组镜头为接下来的口述提供了作为画面演绎出来的起因。
有一个镜头是：“对非法打鱼人罚款时盖章的动作”由于天气过分寒冷贴身带的印都冻结了；必须依靠热气把它化开在盖章。
这也是对天气寒冷的一个说明。
电影画面不仅仅告诉我们天气的寒冷，它还告诉观者这里是高海拔区，其中有一个镜头：寻山队员追赶逃跑的“俘虏“时缺氧，并用血稀释注射液再注射。
凛冽的寒风的声音及漫天的飞沙镜头、怕的食人沙都向我们展示了一个恶劣的环境、惊人的画面。
可可西里的险恶不仅仅在于自然环境的险恶，它还在于人文环境的险恶，包括：（1）狡猾而残酷的盗猎份子对寻山队员的杀害无处不在，司机被冷枪打死、日泰队长被满面堆笑的老板杀害、死后的尸体砍成块喂鹰（2）寻山队员没有物质及精神的基本保障，没有工资，自己解结经费问题，他们不得不用公款，冒着犯法的危险去卖皮子，他们不得不把千辛万苦抓回来的“俘虏“重新放掉；当记者问起小孩们日泰队长时他们慌忙逃散；女友们得知他们要到可可西里就离开他们及他们与女友、妻子好像每次都是生死离别，这些都充分说明寻山队员们处在物质与精神的边缘状态（3）可可西里的穷困导致了一些本来不是犯罪份子的人走上习惯的犯罪道路，他们不知道志愿寻山队员为什么要左一次又一次的抓他们，他们是愚昧无知的但却有善良的一面，如马占林。
他们的成份有：医生、放牧人、司机、学生等。
这说明了寻山队员是在如何一个恶劣的大背景大环境下同盗猎份子战斗的。
然而，在这样艰苦、恶劣的环境下寻山队员有着不灭的战斗热情和对藏羚羊的爱惜之情。
他们在死去的藏羚羊前面默默无声、在焚烧藏羚羊时默默祈祷，他们在恶劣的环境下不惜冒着生命的危险坚持追击盗猎份子。
他们之间产生的亲入兄弟的情意无不感动着观者的心。
其中还含有爱情的影子：日泰女儿对记者的爱慕却没有机会表露。
这是影片一个特别的点，这样不仅使的影片增容还为影片增加一丝浪漫色彩，这点绝对不是可有可无的镜头。
寻山队员同妻子的离别、刘栋和女友的爱抚亲吻镜头都是这部纪实电影的浪漫镜头都为电影增色不少。
但同时反映了寻山队员的艰苦的工作。
除了这些有生命力的镜头之外记者与那个青海师大毕业生的对话也是生命力的暗示：那个大学生他说“干这工作有意思！”故事发生在1997年冬天，从一名巡山队员被杀开始。
可可西里巡山队是当地政府为了保护珍稀物种——藏羚羊以及对付日益猖獗的盗猎活动而招募的一支队伍，队长日泰是退伍军人，他手下有20多名队员，他们数年都追捕着盗猎团伙，保护着他们热爱的可可西里。
尕玉是北京一家报社的记者，他得知日泰想成立可可西里自然保护区便来采访这支队伍。
他刚到驻地正逢日泰带着弟兄们和喇嘛给死去的队员做“天葬”，连夜他们就紧急进山了，此时尕玉还不知道行动的危险性。
??他们先是在路上设卡，逮到了不少给盗猎分子偷运藏羚羊绒的百姓，但是抓到以后又全部放了。
随后他们来到了一处保护站，保护站里只有一名队员驻扎，他一个人在这里一呆就是三年，只能靠着一台收音机维持着和外界的联系，但是有他在，盗猎者就不敢来。
??刚踏进可可西里藏羚羊栖息地，队员们就发现了数百只藏羚羊血淋淋的白骨，大家沉重的看着眼前的一幕。
日泰告诉尕玉，他们每年进山都要埋葬一万多只藏羚羊的尸骨，这次被捕杀的这数百只都是母羊且处于产羔期，它们被猎杀对于日后藏羚羊的数目将有很大的影响。
由于近几年欧洲市场大量需要藏羚羊绒，盗猎活动十分猖獗，藏羚羊数目已经从原先的一百多万只锐减到一万多只。
??追捕开始了，他们发现了荒漠上的车轮痕迹，正要追近，司机就被从暗处射来的冷枪击中受伤，日泰带领队员们在一处湿地抓到了一群负责杀羊剥皮的工人，为首的叫马占林，已经被日泰抓了好几次了。
他原先是一个牧民，在可可西里草原上放牧，但是随着草原日益荒芜，他实在无法生活了，才带着自己的三个儿子和村民们为盗猎团伙打工。
日泰的巡山队把他们都用手铐铐了起来，起获了所有的羊皮，狡猾的盗猎头目留下了他们这群无足轻重的人，带着手下早已逃之夭夭。
尕玉对马占林很同情，他善待了这个有些小滑头的老人，可是马占林却趁着守夜队员打瞌睡的机会带着3个儿子偷偷逃走，日泰发现后立刻带着几名队员追了上去，在追捕过程中，马的一个儿子死了，一名队员也因为不停的跑着在海拔高缺氧下得了肺气肿，在紧急救治后，日泰命令刘栋带着伤者下山找医生。
??进山十几天了，带来的食物都吃完了，不能再带着犯人们一同前进了，日泰把他们都放了，可是他们能不能在暴风雪中活着走出去，谁也不知道。
??循着盗猎者们留下的车印，队员们一路追到了雪山脚下，过了山就是公路，得在他们上公路前抓到他们，可是就在这个时候一辆汽车没有机油了，无法发动，日泰只能让三名队员在原地待命，等待返回的刘栋来救他们。
??刘栋把伤者送到卫生所后就去找自己的女友借钱，女友哭着离开了他，却给他留下了一叠钱。
刘栋用这些钱买了些补给物资就独自一人进山了，半路上车轮陷进了沙坑，在搬东西的时候刘栋不幸踩到一处流沙，短短几分钟就被流沙吞噬了…… ??原地待命的三人见起了风雪知道等待只能是死路一条，于是他们也开始了跋涉，可是在没有食物和水的情况下，活着走出去的几率可谓是微乎其微！ ??路上尕玉问日泰他们遇到的最大的困难是什么，日泰说“钱也没有，人也没有，枪也没有”，尕玉又追问经费的来源时，日泰坦白的告诉他，巡山队根本没有编制，换言之他们只是自愿者，没有拨款，所有的经费都是靠他们自己去找来，实在没钱的时候就只能知法犯法贩卖没收来的羊皮，队员们已经一年没有领工资了。
尕玉听后沉默了。
??终于日泰带着尕玉还有其他两名队员徒步追进了雪山，半路上日泰与尕玉与其他2人失散了，此时他们发现自己被十几个手握冲锋枪的盗猎枪手包围了，日泰劝说盗猎团伙头子跟他下山去自首，枪响了……日泰死了，尕玉因为有马占林给他说情而活了下来，他带着日泰的尸体成功的走出了雪山。
??片子的最后，在黑色的背景下，用白色的字幕打出这样的内容：“尕玉回到北京后写出的报道震惊了全世界，一年后中国政府成立了可可西里自然保护区并且派军警保护，世界上大多数国家都禁止交易藏羚羊绒，自愿巡山队也解散了，四名队员因为贩卖藏羚羊皮而被捕但最终被免于起诉……藏羚羊数量回升到了3万多只……”牺牲的这些巡山队员们终于能够瞑目了，他们的理想变成了现实。
以上是别人写的，挺白的，明了。
这部片子最让我感动的是日泰放马占林走的那场，那种不分好坏，只在乎生命存在的苍凉。
生命是脆弱的，临近死亡才知道那种无力、无奈可可西里里有很多死亡的镜头，日泰和羚羊一样被击中后挣扎中无声息死去；陷入沙洞仰视着太阳如此平静；生命也许也是坚强的，敬畏自然，敬畏和谐的自然。
可可西里地处青海、西藏、新疆三省交界。
大部分在青海境内。
我们从青南的玉树州的曲麻莱县穿越可可西里330公里花了12个小时。
这个季节来青海看藏羚羊很合适。
沿途我们看到藏野驴、藏羚羊、野马、野牦牛很多群。
第二天我们从格尔木市出发到索南达杰保护站，经过特殊允许进入可可西里一点点。
看到大片美丽的藏羚羊。
