Letter time& Checkout time 以学会书写字母以及复习为主，使学生能够综合运用本单元的知识进行交流。
因此教师在课前先安排学生表演Cartoon time, 起到巩固热身和复习的作用，帮助学生进入状态。
接下来的游戏扩大操练范围，将本单元和前几个单元的内容结合起来，让学生在“玩中学，玩中用”。
字母的学习先由教师引入所学字母并带读，根据已学过的字母或过渡到新字母以降低学习难度。
最后，给学生提供课外知识既有利于培养他们对英语的兴趣，也拓宽了他们的知识面。
