爱协林多用炉生产线中的清洗机正是为此目的而设计的。
清洗机的清洗可分前清洗与后清洗。
前清洗是零件在热处理前，为去除机加工过程残留的油污、铁屑，净化零件表面而进行的清洗过程；后清洗是零件在热处理后，为清除其表面未淋干的残油而进行的清洗过程。
二：清洗机的工作原理简介爱协林清洗机主要由喷淋室、水槽、升降台、油水分离器等几部分组成。
喷淋室内壁上布满了许多喷淋头，工作时，从喷淋头喷出高速水流再加上喷淋头的旋转从而达到净化零件表面的目的。
水槽又分清水槽与碱水槽，清水槽盛着的是自来水，用来清洗零件表面的碱液；碱水槽内盛着的是自来水和清洗液的混合物，用来清洗零件表面的油污、铁屑。
两个槽子的水温均由杆式恒温器来控制。
升降台在碱水槽和喷淋室之间上下运动，以达到碱水除残油和清水除残碱目的。
油水分离器安装在清洗机的后面，其作用是把碱水槽中碱水和油分离开，使碱水重新流回碱水槽，分离出来的油排入水沟。
清洗机的喷淋室和槽体上另外有控制补水和液位的检测系统，烘干系统、发泡系统、翻板机构等。
行走小车把清洗零件送入喷淋室，关闭炉门，启动程序后，升降台下降入碱水槽，开始碱水清洗。
这时发泡系统启动，靠它吹出的高压空气搅动碱液，使零件表面的油污脱离其表面浮在碱液表面上。
这些油污流入积油槽，通过油泵把它抽到油水分离器中进行油水分离后，分离的碱水依然流回碱水槽，油污则排入水沟。
碱水清洗结束后，升降台上升到淋水位，开始淋碱水。
淋碱水结束后，升降台上升到原始位置，这时清水喷淋泵启动，开始清水喷淋。
高速水流从喷头中喷出，将零件表面未淋干的碱液用清水清洗干净。
喷出的清水则通过翻板机构返回清水槽。
清水喷淋结束后，开始淋清水，烘干系统也同时启动。
通过洪干系统将零件表面的残水烘干。
当升降台回到原始位置，烘干启动后，补水监控系统也启动，这时它检测一下水槽中清水和碱水液位是否下降。

若是管路长期得不到有效清洗，一方面水流量减孝流速变慢，室内温度也因此明显下降；另一方面更为严峻的是有的会造成管路栓塞，无法疏通，致使地热管路永久失效，不可逆转。

全自动微电脑控制脉冲地暖清洗
机说明书一、地热为啥需要清洗？
一般情况下，地热管路在运行一个采暖期之后会沉积毫米厚的水垢、粘泥，并相应的使室内温度降低3-6度，水质差的地区更加严重。
如果管路长期得不到有效清洗，一方面水流量减孝流速变慢，室内温度也因此明显下降；另一方面更为严重的是有的会造成管路栓塞，无法疏通，导致地热管路永久失效，不可逆转。
因此地热管一般2-4年需要清洗一次，保证地热系统的正常工作。
二、何谓脉冲地热清洗机？
所谓脉冲，是指间歇性的冲击波。
脉冲地热清洗机其原理就是将水和气分段注入地热管道，在高压气体的作用下，介质水产生空爆效应，对管路内的淤泥、挂垢进行剧烈冲刷，以达到疏通扩径的目的，从而恢复地热管路原来的口径，增大热水的流量和流速。
大家知道，一杯90摄氏度的水所含的热量，远远不及一桶40摄氏度的水所含的热量。
流量增大，自然所含的热量也就增大。
脉冲清洗机的原理就在于解决地热管道淤塞问题。
三、工作原理：
全自动微电脑控制脉冲地暖清洗机是我公司根据多年现场清洗经验自主研制的新一代变频脉冲地暖清洗机，该机利用可控气压脉冲原理，将气水混合介质以极高的速度射入管路，形成空爆射流和瞬间冲击波，对管路内壁的结垢和存积淤泥物进行剧烈的冲刷和震荡，迅速剥落并推出管外，达到疏通清洗管路的目的。

1：气、水全自动脉冲发生器（主控箱）：是产生高压气体脉冲的主要部件，将气与水结合在全自动脉冲控制器的控制下形成高压水射流与气流进行清洗工作；
2：空气压缩机：产生较高的高压空气，为清洗提供充足的空气动力。
3：连接管：连接清洗机和地热分水器，连接清洗机和水源，连接清洗机和空气压缩机，连接分水器回水至排污点。

五、面板操作说明：（机型不同，操作不同）
六、清洗施工程序：
(一) 连接
1. 关闭分水器上水、回水分隔总阀；和每一路切断阀，泄掉地热
系统内部残余压力；
2. 连接脉冲导入管，将脉冲清洗机（脉冲输出口）与分水器上水
总承堵头端连接；
3. 连接输水管，将水源和脉冲冲清洗机（入水口）连接；
4. 连接输气管，将您的空气压缩机出气口和脉冲清洗机（进气口）
连接；
5. 连接排污管，一端连接分水器上水堵头端，将另一端插入地漏。
（所有连接必须牢固可靠）
(二) 启动、清洗
1. 接好空气压缩机和脉冲清洗机电源，按下脉冲清洗机上启动开
关，启动压缩机使其工作达到额定压力个压以上（不同款机型
操作不一样）；在脉冲调节器左部设置5，右部设置20.
2. 打开系统供水阀和压缩机输出开关；
3. 调节系统压力调节阀在系统压力表显示在4bar或，打开系统开
关（遥控或手动）；
4. 打开分水器上一个分隔阀，其它分隔阀关闭，观察回水管水流
情况，当有水气回流说明管道通常可以进行下一步清洗，（如果
没有水流则说明管道可能堵塞，需要先疏通管道）；
4. 开始清洗，调节系统调节阀使压力提高到6bar，加大脉冲调剂
器左部数值，降低右部数值，遥控或手动启动设备，一直到排污
管流出的是清水清洗完毕。
5. 调节压力阀使压力到,打开下一路分隔阀关闭清洗完的那一路
分隔阀进行清洗。
以此类推进行每一路的清洗；
6. 当每个单路清洗完毕后再把所有分隔阀全部打开进行整体清
洗，直至清洗干净为止，以见到清水为标准；
7. 确认清洗干净后，关闭进水阀和空气压缩机，利用罐内的余气
将管路中的残水排除干净。
(三) 系统恢复
1. 切断空气压缩机和脉冲清洗机的电源；
2. 将连接管分别解下；
3. 打开分水器上水、回水分隔总阀；
4. 将分水器恢复到洗前状态；
七、注意事项：
1. 各连接部位一定拧紧，防止泄露，连接时一定把管插到底，拆
卸时一定要把卡环压到底；
2. 排污端一定插入下水道口内，防止排污时污染环境；
3. 清洗时要时时注意：如脉冲清洗机和空气压缩机工作正常排污
管没有污水排出说明管路有堵塞，要停止工作，分析原因；
4. 脉冲清洗机发现有气、水泄露请停止工作，马上和客服联系进行维修或更换；
5. 空气压缩机的工作压力不得超过个压：如果压力过高会造成老
化或者质量不好管道破裂和一定程度的损坏；
6. 冬季施工，为防止户外运输过程中机器内部管件发生冻结冻裂，
请在施工完毕后将清洗机内部残水扫净。
