附件.doc根据安徽省学位课程统考办公室《关于2013年成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位外国语水平省级联合统一考试工作的通知》（皖学位秘〔2013〕3号）的规定现就我校2013年上半年自考本科毕业生学位外语统考报名考试和学位授予工作的有关事项通知如下：
一、考试时间及语种
考试时间：2013年6月2日（星期日）上午9时至11时。
考试语种：英语
二、报名工作
（一）报名组织
本次考试报名自考本科毕业生由安徽省学位办统一组织。
考生应在规定时间内报名，逾期不予办理。
（二）报名资格
1、我校申请学士学位的自考本科毕业生，需要申请学士学位的必须参加此项考试，2012年6月之前毕业的同学因已无法申请学士学位，故不建议参加学位英语考试。
2、参加本科自考的在籍生，可以提前参加学位外语考试。
（三）报名方式
考试报名采用网络报名与院校确认相结合的办法。
（四）报名时间
1、网络报名时间：2013年3月19日至4月5日，网址：.cn 或.145/ahtkb/（“安徽省学位考试网”进入“网上报名”，点击“成人学士学位全省外语统考”）；
2、院校确认时间：2013年4月13日至4月15日
上午：8：30——12:00
下午：12:30——16:40

（五）报名流程
1、网络报名
（1）考生通过互联网登陆“成人学位外语统考管理信息系统”（以下简称“报名系统”，网址：.145/xwbm/），进行用户注册，设定登陆用户名和密码；
（2）输入注册成功后的登陆用户名和密码（请考生牢记该用户名和密码，为后续登陆系统打印准考证和查询考试成绩用），并选择“考生网上报名”栏目，进入“报
名系统”；
（3）阅读报名流程及注意事项，填写考生基本信息和上传考生电子照片；
（4）校对并提交考生报名信息；
（5）打印《2013年成人学位外语统考考生报名登记表》（以下简称《考生登记表》）（一式三份），核对无误后签名。
如果有误，及时修改（具体流程见附件一）。
考生签字确认后的报名信息，由其本人负责，一律不再更改。
2、院校确认
流程见附件
完成网络报名的考生，持签字确认后的《考生登记表》按下面规定时间交到安徽财经大学成人教育学院二楼自考办进行资格审查、交纳报名考试费用，最后由成人教育学院统一进行网上确认。
学生交《考生登记表》时间、方式安排：
自考生于2013年4月13-15日把《考生登记表》交至安徽财经大学成人继续教育学院三楼自考办；考生只进行网上报名，而未到我校自考办办理资格审查、确认和交费手续的，本次报名无效。
学位外国语报名考试费：50元/人，收取后统一交省学位课程统考办；
我校8个自考本科专业的自考生应在接受其学士学位申请的安徽财经大学所在地蚌埠市参加考试。
(工商企业管理专业2012底以前中国科技大学毕业生仍在中国科技大学报考学位英语及确认)
三、准考证发放
5月20日后，考生登陆“报名系统”，利用报名时的登陆用户名和密码，选择“考生网上报名”，进入系统，自行下载并打印准考证。
准考证不再寄发。
四、成绩公布及合格证书发放
（一）全省集中统一阅卷。
考试成绩由省学位办公布，届时考生可通过登陆安徽统考办网站“报名”查询考试成绩。
（二）考试成绩合格者，由省学位办验发《安徽省成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位外国语水平统一考试合格证书》。

五、考试大纲
英语考试命题依据为《成人高等教育学士学位英语水平考试大纲（非英语专业）》（2005 年版）（由部分省级学位委员会办公室联合编写组编写，中国人民大学出版社出版），登陆安徽省学
位考试网察看订购方式。
