Combustion hazard: Not inflammable dangerous goods.第四部分急救措施Part 4 First aid measures皮肤接触:脱去受污染的衣着,用肥皂清洗皮肤数次,如有不适,立即就医。

Skin contact: Removing contaminated clothing , washing skin with soap and water several times, if you are uncomfortable, please go to a doctor immediately.眼睛接触:提起眼睑,用大量清水冲洗后就医。

Eye contact: Lifting up eyelid, flushing with plenty of water before see a doctor.吸入:迅速撤离现场到空气新鲜处;如呼吸停止,进行人工呼吸;如呼吸困难,给输氧,立即就医。

Inhalation: Quickly evacuated from the scene to fresh air; if breathing stops, try mouth-to-mouth resuscitation; Difficulty in breathing, using oxygen therapy, see a doctor immediately.食入:立即就医。

Ingestion: please see a doctor.第五部分消防措施Part 5 Fire safety measures危险特性:遇明火、高热可燃。

与氧化剂可发生反应。

受高热分解放出有毒的气体。

其蒸气比空气重,能在较低处扩散到相当远的地方,遇火源会着火回燃。

若遇高热,容器内压增大,有开裂和爆炸的危险。

Hazardous characteristic: Case of flame, high fever combustible. Antioxidant reaction. Letting out poisonous gases with high thermal decomposition . Its vapor is heavier than air, which can spread in the low position to a very far place, fire will fire back tocombustion.If encounter high fever, container pressure increase, is in danger of cracking and explosion.有害燃烧产物:一氧化碳、二氧化碳。

Hazardous combustion products: carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide.灭火方法:消防人员须佩戴防毒面具、穿全身消防服,在上风向灭火。

尽可能将容器从火场移至空旷处。

喷水保持火场容器冷却,直至灭火结束。

处在火场中的容器若已变色或从安全泄压装置中产生声音,必须马上撤离。

灭火剂:雾状水、泡沫、干粉、二氧化碳、砂土。

Fire extinguishing methods: firefighters must be wearing a gas mask, wearing the whole body fire suit, fire should be extincted in the direction of the wind fire. Remove the container from fire field to a open spaces as much as possible. Water spraying keeps fire containers cooling till the end of fire. If the container has been in a fire discoloration or generate sound from the safety relief devices, you must evacuate immediately. Agent: water fog, foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide, sandy soil.第六部分泄漏应急处理Part 6 Emergency equipments for leakage应急处理:迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,并进行隔离,严格限制出入。

切断火源。

建议应急处理人员戴自给式呼吸器,穿防毒服。

不要直接接触泄漏物。

尽可能切断泄漏源。

若是液体,防止流入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。

用砂土、蛭石或其它惰性材料吸收。

若大量泄漏,构筑围堤或挖坑收容。

用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。

若是固体,用洁净的铲子收集于干燥、洁净、有盖的容器中。

Emergency treatment: Personnel should leave quickly from leak contaminated area to safe areas, keep staff isolation and restrict access to the fire area .Cut off the fire. Recommended that emergency-treatment personnel should wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing. Don't contact with the leakage directly. Cut off the leak source as soon as possible. Preventing liquid flowing into the sewer, ditches that owns restricted space. Absorbing with sand, vermiculite, or other inert materials.If a large number of leakage, constructing dike to dig a hole orasylum. Pump to tank lorry or dedicated collector, recycling or shipped to the disposal of waste places. If it is solid, with clean shovel collected in dry, clean, covered container.第七部分操作处置与储存Part 7 Operation treatment and storage操作注意事项:密闭操作,局部排风。

防止烟雾或粉尘泄漏到工作场所空气中。

操作人员必须经过专门培训,严格遵守操作规程。

建议操作人员佩戴过滤式防毒面具(半面罩),戴化学安全防护眼镜,穿防毒物渗透工作服,戴乳胶手套。

远离火种、热源,工作场所严禁吸烟。

使用防爆型的通风系统和设备。

在清除液体和蒸气前不能进行焊接、切割等作业。

避免产生蒸气或粉尘。

避免与氧化剂接触。
