Chapter 3 A dangerous servant一、章节分析(Section Analysis)(一) 综述本单元是一篇家庭肥皂剧似的课文,通过Benny 一家的谈话,学生可以在一个轻松的故事情节中学习:What’s electricity? What does electricity look like? How does it come into our flats?等与电相关的知识。
在引导学生对文章进行整体理解的同时,让学生知道,Electricity is a good servant, but a dangerous one, We must always be ca reful wit h it. 学习一些核心词汇和词组如:although, invisible, produce, be careful with, be connected to, change into等。
本设计结合课文特点,对教材内容进行了重组,将课文21个小节分成4大块,并把第一块和最后一块先教学,让学生对故事情节有个比较完整的了解,然后对难点板块作重点的分析和解读,同时通过创设问题情境,引导学生带着问题去阅读,以培养学生边阅读边思考的好习惯。
本部分的教学任务有两个:1、对课文进行整体阅读。
运用不同的教学方法和手段,帮助学生逐块分析、理解,以此丰富教法和学法,提高学生的阅读兴趣。
2、渗透生命教育的理念,帮助学生了解电的相关知识,并在日常生活中节约用电,安全用电。
(二) 阅读目标1、知识目标:学习课文中重点单词、词组、句型和语法2、能力目标:通过创设问题情境,引导学生带着问题去阅读,培养学生良好的阅读习惯,同时教会他们沉浸文本,享受阅读的乐趣,以提高学生的阅读理解能力。
3、情感目标:帮助学生对电的相关知识有一个较好的了解,并在日常生活中树立节约用电,安全用电的意识。
