第三条：销售义务3.1乙方应尽最大努力推广和销售甲方的产品/服务，并达到商定的销售目标。
乙方应维护甲方产品/服务的声誉和形象。
3.2乙方应按照甲方规定的价格和销售政策销售产品/服务，并及时向甲方汇报销售情况及收益。
3.3乙方不得代理、销售与甲方产品/服务相竞争的其他品牌或产品，否则甲方有权终止本协议并追究乙方的违约责任。
第四条：价格与支付方式4.1甲方将向乙方提供产品/服务的价格表，并保留单方面调整价格的权利。
4.2乙方应按照甲方规定的支付方式及时支付产品/服务的货款。
4.3甲方有权根据市场情况要求乙方降低价格或提供折扣，并在合理通知期内进行协商。

mission/佣金7.1The Brand shall pay the Agent commission at a rate of 15% of the purchase price originated from orders generated by the Agent. The commission thereof shallbe net amount of what the Agent eventually get.品牌方按代理方所达成的订单金额的15%支付佣金，该佣金金额为代理方到手净值。
7.2The Brand shall pay the Agent commission within 7 work days after the Brand receives payment from the customer for the goods. If the price is paid at installment, the commission shall be paid at installment on a pro-rata basis. Any expense arising from remittance shall be borne by the Brand.品牌方应自收到客户所付货款七个工作日内向代理方支付佣金。
货款分期支付的，佣金也按比例分期支付。
任何因付款发生的费用均由品牌方承担。
7.The rights and responsibilities of Agent代理方的权利和义务To secure potential customers;To present actual situation of the Brand to customers;To make best effort to accomplish the order; Other obligations stipulated by Chinese contract law.寻找潜在客户；介绍品牌方的实际情况；尽一切努力完成订单；中国合同法所规定的其它义务。
