2.2如果乙方希望扩大销售和推广范围，需提前向甲方提出申请并获得甲方的书面同意。
2.3甲方有权根据市场情况调整乙方的独家代理区域，并在合理通知期内进行协商。
第三条：销售义务3.1乙方应尽最大努力推广和销售甲方的产品/服务，并达到商定的销售目标。
乙方应维护甲方产品/服务的声誉和形象。
3.2乙方应按照甲方规定的价格和销售政策销售产品/服务，并及时向甲方汇报销售情况及收益。
3.3乙方不得代理、销售与甲方产品/服务相竞争的其他品牌或产品，否则甲方有权终止本协议并追究乙方的违约责任。
第四条：价格与支付方式4.1甲方将向乙方提供产品/服务的价格表，并保留单方面调整价格的权利。
4.2乙方应按照甲方规定的支付方式及时支付产品/服务的货款。
4.3甲方有权根据市场情况要求乙方降低价格或提供折扣，并在合理通知期内进行协商。

3. 3 Customer referral: If customers in the territory inquiry or order directly from Party A, Party A should make customer referral and give the customer’s information to Party B.3．4价格：甲方提供乙方的“产品”价格资料，应尽可能保持稳定，如有变动应及时通知乙方，以利推销。
3. 4 Price: Party A provides relatively steady price materials of “product” for Party B. If any changes about the price, Party A should inform Party B in time.3．5优惠条款：甲方提供乙方获致订单的条款是最优惠的。
3. 5 Preferential term：Party A provides Party B with the most preferential term.3．6商品质量：甲方保证提供的设备质量应符合中国国家标准《游乐设施安全规范》（GB8408-2008）、《水上游乐设施通用技术条件》（GB/T18168-2008）。
3. 6 Quality of product: Party A ensures that the quality should meet Chinese national standards on Amusement Device Safety Code（GB8408-2008）and Specifications of Water Amusement Equipment Category（GB/T18168-2008）第4条乙方的责任4. Responsibilities of Party B4．1推销：乙方应积极促进“产品”的推销，获取订单并保持一个有相当规模和足够能力的推销机构，以利“产品”在“地区”的业务顺利开展和扩大。
4. 1 Promotion: Party B promotes the “product” actively, get the order and keep a marketing organization with considerable scale and enough ability for the business development and expansion in the “territory”.4．2禁止竞争：乙方除得到甲方书面同意外，不应制造、购买、获取订单、或协助推销与本协议“产品”相同或类似的产品。
4. 2 Prohibition of competition: Party B should not manufacture, purchase, get orders, or help promotion as the same or similar "product" in this agreement.4．3最低销售额：在本协议有效期间的第一个十二个月内，乙方从“地区”客户获得的订单，总金额应不少于_______________元。
以后每十二个月递增15%。
