北师大版小学(三年级起点)六年级英语上册Unit4 Birthday Lsson2 Le'ts Practice 一.教学内容:本节课是北师大版六年级英语(三年级起点)的Unit4 Birthday 的第二课时的内容,主要学习十二个月份单词,另外还要复习故事和欣赏一首歌曲。

关于月份单词,在第一课时中已经接触过March,MayJune,July,September,November,Decembe这七个,所剩不多。

二.学情分析:授课对象为小学六年级学生,这个年龄段的学生已经积累了一定的英语语言基础,而且此前已经学习过第一课时的故事,对月份及日期的表述有了一定的了解。

大部分学生能运用所学的语言知识进行简单的话题交流。

但由于是农村学校,很多学生还是比较内向腼腆,不敢大胆开口说,导致英语水平参差不齐。

三.教学目标:知识与技能目标: 1.指认、说出月份名称;2. 在对话中询问或说明日期;3. 结合插图认读、理解故事叙述文本;4. 理解歌曲内容,跟随录音演唱歌曲。

过程与方法目标: 1.通过本节课的学习,让学生学会用自然拼读法去学习和记忆单词。

2. 采用任务型教学途径,帮助学生达到接触、体验、理解、应用语言的目的。

情感态度价值观目标:通过本课的学习,了解一些重要的节日四.教学重难点:重点: 1.月份及日期的表达法;2. 认读故事叙述文本。

难点:在情景中,正确读出和使用月份和日期。

五.教具准备:多媒体课件,教学卡片。

六.教学过程:Step1.Warm-up:1. 播放音乐《Happy birthday 》。

2. 播放故事动画,复习故事内容。

3. Yes or No游戏规则:教师或学生说出有关第一课故事内容的句子,其余学生判断对错。

学生如果认为句子是正确的,就坐在位置上不动,如果认为句子是错误的,就立刻站起来说“No”. 师请第一个站起来说“ No”的同学说出正确句子,并为该同学所在组加分。

(设计意图:利用游戏复习上节课故事内容,激活的学生已有知识,既与下一环节的根据课文内容连线紧密相连,又复习了已学的月份单词名称,为新课的学习做好铺垫。
