基本功能与技术规格说明
1、主要保护功能
过载反时限保护、短路反时限保护、短路定时限保护、接通短路电流(MCR)保护、高设定值(HSISC)瞬时短路保护等保护功能。

2、可选的接地保护功能
M一PRO30.40控制器提供三种接地保护功能:UEF(非限制性接地保护)、REF(限制性接地保护)、SEF(备用接地保护)。

可选择其中一种或多种组合类型进行保护。

3、附加功能
按各种使用需求提供多种附加功能可供选择。

附录3 常规输入DC-DC铝基板模块电源应用说明1.前言 模块使用之前应注意如下的警告和注意事项。

不正确的应用可能导致电击,模块损坏或着火的危险。

请仔细阅读如下警告和注意事项:1.1警告:I. 不要触摸散热器和外壳,他们可能温度很高。

II. 不要打开外壳并触摸内部器件,他们可能存在高温或高压造成烫伤或电击。

III. 当模块工作时,把你的手和脸远离模块,否则在模块异常时可能造成伤害。

1.2注意事项:I. 请确认已按照使用说明书的要求正确连接输入输出引脚和信号引脚。

II. 确保在模块的输入端连接一个快速熔断保险丝,以安全工作并满足安规要求。

III. 模块电源属于元器件,安装和使用必须经专业设计人员进行设计。

IV. 初级供电电源必须使用加强绝缘或双重绝缘。

V. 模块的输出端属于危险能量,必须保证终端用户不能接触到。

设备制造商必须保证模块输出不易被服务工程师短路或工程师遗落的金属部件短路。

VI. 应用电路和参数仅供参考,在完成应用电路设计之前必须对参数和电路进行验证。

  2. 普通铝基板DC/DC应用电路说明 2.1基本应用电路图图1 LDM/LDG系列基本应用电路图(负逻辑)(1)F1为输入侧保险丝,应选择具有安规认证的快速熔断保险丝,其额定工作电流计算公式如下(警告,保险丝取得太大则不起保护,并容易引起由于一个电源输入短路使全部电源供电中断的事故;太小则会引起误熔断。

): I=1.67*Vo1*Io1/η/Vin(min) 式中:Vo1----输出电压; Io1----输出电流; η----模块效率; Vin(min)----最低输入电压。

(2)C1为33uF/100V的普通铝电解电容。

(3)C2、C3为4700pF/2000VAC的高频瓷片电容或聚酯电容(注意耐压的选择)。

(4)C4为输出滤波高频铝电解电容,输出电流大于等于40A,选择3300μF;输出电流大于等于30A,选择2200μF;输出电流大于等于10A,选择470μF,输出电流大于等于5A,选择220μF。

DC-DC降压模块 KIS-3R33S

DC-DC降压模块KIS-3R33S 可调电压KIS-3R33S DC-DC电源模块内部主要由MP2307DN单片同步降压稳压器构成。

该器件集成可调MOSFET,能够提供3A 的持续负载电流超过了广泛的输入电压4.75V至23VMP2307DN电流模式控制提供快速瞬态响应和逐周期电流限制。

一种可调软启动可防止浪涌电流开通和关断模式时,MP2307DN电源电流低于1μA 。

该电源模块用途广泛,能用于LED,车载MP3、MP4等领域。

尺寸21mm*22mm*7mm。

用法简单,有电压输入和电压输出,外接可调电阻还可做成可调电源。

再啰嗦一下:可用于:太阳板、LED、手机充电;效率95% 当作稳压器使用、电路稍作改动可作为直流可调压稳压器用!改制方法如下:以下数据为官方数据:每只脚在背部均有标示功能,收到货就可以使用。

输入电压:官方数据为4.75v~23v。

有客人测试过最高为30v,江湖传闻只做参考。

输出电流:3A,峰值4A。

输出电压:0.925~20v,实验证明,输出最低可以达到0v,也就是0~20v输出,这个可能不是江湖传闻。

我看过许多实验报告。

效率:96%有软启动过程。

开关频率340k。

体积:21mm*22mm*7mm内阻:100mΩ在输出端Vout与地Gnd之间,接可调电阻50k,输出到Vadj 这只脚,构成可调电源,输出范围为0.925v~20v之间。

可以大量并联,提高输出能力。

拆件前的电路板上,就是两只并联,输出3.3v 6A厚度只有7.5mm用法简单,有电压输入和电压输出,外接可调电阻还可做成可调电源。

可以要自己改过可改成0.98V-20V可调恒流电源一、降压模式线路接法:Vin 与 GND 输入,Vout 与 GND 输出(脚的定义见上图)输出电压 = 0.925V * (R3 + R2) / R2;默认输出3.3V ~= 0.925V * (51K//51K + 10K) / 10K改变R3就可以调节输出电压第二种负压模式:实测输出19.5V1A线路接法:Vin 与 Vout 输入,Vin 与 GND 输出,Vadj 接Vin,去除R3 (脚的定义见图)例如: R1换成 200K,Vin 与 Vout 输入 5V,那么Vin 与GND 就输出 19.5V输出电压 = 0.925V * (R1 + R2) / R2; R1设为 200K,输出19.5V ~= 0.925V * (200K + 10K) / 10K改变R1就可以调节输出电压第三种负压模式 - 隔离电源(第一种负压模式变形):使用高频磁环,也就是传说中的铁硅铝磁环 77120A7。

1.1警告(1)模块电源需轻拿轻放,避免撞击或跌落造成产品损坏;(2)禁止打开产品外壳或触摸电源内部器件,以避免产品遭受静电、器件应力等易损坏的情况;(3)禁止掰弯产品的引脚,以避免内部PCB断裂造成电气连接断路,产品工作异常;(4)当模块电源工作时,不要靠近模块或触摸散热器和外壳,避免在模块异常时可能对身体造成伤害。

1.2注意事项(1)在产品上电之前,请确认已按照产品技术手册中的“设计参考”和“外观尺寸图”,正确连接产品的输入、输出和信号引脚,以及必要的外围器件;(2)AC-DC电源模块属于一次电源,在应用时需确认符合相应的安全规范要求;(3)使用时为了满足安规要求,需在输入端L线(火线)上接入保险丝,保险丝选型请参考对应技术手册;(4)模块电源的输入端有高压危险,必须保证终端用户无法接触到,设备制造商还必须保证模块输入、输出不易被操作人员短路或被遗落的金属部件短路;(5)相关应用电路和参数仅供参考,在完成应用电路设计之前必须对参数和电路进行验证;(6)如模块电源(或者使用AC-DC电源模块的设备)存储或者不工作超过半年以上,建议客户每半年空载老化1小时,以保证产品的使用寿命和应用可靠性;(7)常规AC-DC产品不适合长期工作在高温环境下,如必须这样使用,建议每一、两年定期更换新品。

B3603DC-DC数控降压模块是一款全数字显示的数控降压模块,体积小,功率大,效率高,工作稳定。

加入了高速微控制器的精密测量计算,可以精确调节输出电压电流大小,内置10组存储位置,可随时存储、调出参数,方便使用。

配有四位八段LED数码管,可以实时显示电压、电流、功率、容量等参数。

同时,本机具有上电后自动输出,自动轮显参数等功能,可根据使用的需要开启或者关闭。

使用方法:
本模块有两种工作模式:简约模式和全功能模式,出厂默认是简约模式,如果需要使用全功能模式,可自行开启。

简约模式使用方法:
1、正确连接输入、输出,保证输入电压在要求的范围内,严禁反接。

2、设定所需的电压电流值,设定电压电流值的方法如下:
上电后默认显示的是电压设定值,电压值显示的格式是“00.00”,按下“SET”按键可以切换到电流设定值,电流值显示的格式是“0.000”,按下按键增大设定值,按下按键减小设定值,短按精确设定,长按可以快速设定。

电压或者电流值发生变化后,按下“SET”键后会显示“----”,表示保存了当前设定的电压或者电流值。

若没有改变电压或者电流值,按“SET”键会切换到电流或者电压值。

3、设定完成后按下“OK”按键就可以输出了。

4、输出状态下,在显示电压值时按下按键可以增大输出电压,按下按键可以减小输出电压,在显示电流值时按下按键可以增大电流设定值,按下按键可以减小电流设定值,短按精确设定,长按可以快速设定。

输出状态下短按“OK”按键可以切换显示电压、电流、功率、容量等参数,长按3秒可以自动轮显,再次长按可以取消轮显。

在轮显状态下,按按键无效。

5、输出状态下,按下“SET”按键可以关闭输出。

全功能模式使用方法:
本模块有三项特殊功能,默认都处于关闭状态,如有需要,可自行开启。

功能0:上电后自动输出
功能1:保存与调出设定的参数,显示功率和容量
功能2:输出后自动轮显参数
开启/关闭方法:
长按“OK”按键,然后给模块通电,数码管会在“--0-”~“--2-”之间循环显示,在显示“--0-”时松开“OK”按键会开启或者关闭功能0,在显示“--1-”时松开“OK”按键会开启或者关闭功能1,在显示“--2-”时松开“OK”按键会开启或者关闭功能2。

若松开“OK”按键后数码管显示“--y-”表示已开启当前的功能,显示“--n-”表示已关闭当前的功能。

1、启用功能0后上电之后会自动输出。

2、启用功能1之后,在未输出状态下,按下“SET”按键可以在电压“00.00”,电流“0.000”,调出参数“Lo.-0”和保存参数“SA.-0”之间循环切换。

下面举例说明该功能:
例如需要把10V,1.5A保存在存储位置1并且调出存储位置1的参数。

1按下“SET”按键切换到电压值,设定电压值为10.00V,按下“SET”按键保存当前设定的电压值。

2按下“SET”按键切换到电流值,设定电流值调为1.500A,按下“SET”按键保存当前的电流值。

3按下“SET”按键切换到“SA.-0”,按按键选择存储位置,这里需要调整到“SA.-1”,按下“OK”按键就可以把设定的“10V,1.5A”保存在存储位置1。

4按“SET”按键调整到“Lo.-0”,按按键选择需要调出的存储位置的参数,这里需要调整到“Lo.-1”,按下“OK”按键就可以调出存储位置1的参数。

5本机共有0~9共10组存储位置,每组存储位置都可以任意设定电压电流值,各个存储位置互相独立,互不影响。

3、启用功能2后在输出时会自动轮显电压、电流、功率、容量等参数。

注意事项:
1、正确连接输入输出,严禁反接,反接会烧坏模块。

2、本模块是降压模块,输入要高于输出1.5V以上。

3、输出2A以下自然散热即可,输出2A以上须加强散热。

显示说明:
00.00:电压值,单位V,00.00~36.00V
0.000:电流值,单位A,0.000~3.000A
P.000、P0.00、P00.0、P000.:功率值,单位W,小数点的位置随着功率的变化而改变位置。

例如:P.123表示0.123W,P1.23表示1.23W,P12.3表示12.3W, P102.表示102W
C.000、C0.00、C00.0、C000.:容量值,单位AH,小数点的位置随着容量的变化而改变位置。

例如:C.123表示0.123AH,C1.23表示1.23AH,C12.3表示12.3AH、C123.表示123AH
--0-、--1-、--2-:特殊功能0、1、2
--y-:开启特殊功能
--n-:关闭特殊功能
