各位老师大家好！我是来自夏家庄镇中心学校的郑文辉，今天有幸在此与大家分享我的说课。
我说课的内容是外研版新标准英语第六册Module3 English food. Unit1 She had eggs and sausages.我今天说课的内容与食物有关，那接下来就请各位老师和我一起来品味一下舌尖上的美味吧！下面我将从教学目标、课堂教学结构和流程、教学反思和学生学习效果这四个方面来进行说课。
首先是教学目标：
1.知识目标：100%学生能识别单词
email、sandwich(es)、traditional、delicious、fish、egg
90%学生能正确运用句型“What did she have for breakfast/lunch/dinner yesterday ?”“She had…”
朗读课文正确，语音语调准确、流利。
2.能力目标：
学生能灵活运用句型询问他人一日三餐及回答，并学会如何与别人用email来交流。
3.情感目标：
了解中西方的饮食习惯有所不同; 教育学生养成良好的饮食习惯。
接下来是教学结构和流程，由三部分组成热身与导入、呈现与操练、巩固与拓展。
根据这三部分，在教学过程中我给学生设置了三
个任务，每完成一个任务就会带领学生欣赏英国及中国的一日三餐图片作为奖励，学生都很喜欢美食，在小美食专家的诱导下学生的学习积极性高涨，与此同时，也可以让学生了解英国食物与中国食物的不同，可谓是一举两得。
Task 1: 热身与导入
. Warming-up
•Learn and read the new words.
•Make a dialogue.（学习新授单词并完成相应的对话）
(完成任务一，小美食家将会带我们品味英式及中式的早餐。
)
1.在热身导入环节播放屏幕录制歌曲food song ，让学生听歌曲里面出现的食物，为接下来的学习做一个铺垫。
2.接下来通过几组食物图片来进一步复习食物，在这里设计了一个sharp eyes 的小游戏，利用探照灯让学生猜食物。
极大地调动了学生的积极性，引出单词sandwich(es)、traditional、delicious，并利用食物单词练习对话What did you have for breakfast /lunch /dinner yesterday? ---I had … for…为课文的学习打下基础。
在学习delicious 时，用图片来练习单词增强趣味，做到词不离句。
学习traditional 时展示英国，中国及我们家乡博山的传统美食图片来练习句子，做到了文化渗透，以学生为主体。
并播放屏幕录制视频《走遍中国》中出现的博山食物片段，增加学生对家乡的热爱和自豪感。
学生顺利完成任务一，让学生享受几组英式、中式早餐的图片，
品味二者的不同。
Task 2: 呈现与操练
•Learn and read the text.（学习并正确朗读课文）
•(完成任务二，小美食家将会带我们品味英式及中式的午餐。
) 在学习课文之前，先让学生了解什么是email ,It’s a computer message . It’s goes from one computer to another computer .先让学生对Email有一个初步了解，为下一步学习如何发送email做好铺垫。
接下来通过听CD-ROM，回答三个问题What did she have for breakfast /lunch /dinner yesterday? ---She had … for…来初步感知课文，通过read and repeat 来模仿语音语调。
接下来通过同桌读、小组读、男女生读课文等形式来加深学生对课文的理解。
学生顺利读完课文后让学生享受几组英式、中式午餐的图片，品味二者的不同。
Task 3: 巩固与拓展
•Fill in blacks.
•Make a survey and send an email.（做个小调查并发送电子邮件)
(完成任务三，小美食家将会带我们品味英式及中式的晚餐。
)
在巩固练习环节，先让学生在纸上完成将课文改编的短文，学生写完后用投影展示学生的书写，做到及时反馈。
接下来让学生小组内做调查完成表格并发送到老师的电子邮箱里，做到巩固与拓展相结合，充分发挥语言的情境性与学生的主体性。
为了让学生更好的学习
发送电子邮件，我制作了How to send an email ?的微课程，让学生通过观看微课更好的掌握发送email的技巧，为了真正做到学以致用，我们本节课是在微机教室上的，学生看了视频后，完成调查表，立刻发送到老师的邮箱里。
这几组截图是学生发送到我邮箱里的调查表。
学生顺利完成任务三，让学生享受几组英式、中式晚餐的图片，品味二者的不同。
根据学生的一日三餐调查表，我制作了一个关于合理饮食的视频，让学生观看视频后学会合理饮食，平衡膳食。
Homework:
根据提示把调查表改写成一封电子邮件再次发送到老师的邮箱。
通过完成email 提高了学生巩固拓展能力。
最后给学生的建议是：

To eat a hearty breakfast, have a filling lunch, and a simple light dinner. 早餐吃好，午餐吃饱，晚餐吃少。
最后说一下我的教学反思，课前通过让学生自己搜集English food 和Chinese food 为课文的学习做好铺垫，教师找出本课的难点：单词delicious, traditional的掌握；语法：用一般过去时来谈论别人的饮食习惯。
课堂上采用探照灯学习单词，学生领读课文、用智能笔书写重点单词，观看视频等方法为学生引路、铺路，并在尊重他们个体的基
础上进行文化旅行，陶冶身心。
教学后我们的难点单词delicious, traditional通过几组图片的操练得到了突破并能熟读课文，会用一般过去式在小组内调查别人的饮食而且学会了发送电子邮件、用智能笔在幻灯片上写单词。
学会了合理的安排一日三餐。
总之，通过本课的学习学生能达到学以致用，并且学习英语的自信心大幅度提升。

今天有幸在此与大家分享我的说课。
下面我将从教材分析、学情分析、教学目标、教法学法、教学准备和教学过程这六方面向各位领导和老师做以汇报。
一、教材分析今天我说课的内容是外研社《新标准英语》三年级起点第六册Module3 Unit1 She had eggs and sausages.在承接已经学习过三餐的基础上，继续展开话题，谈论What did she/he have for breakfast/lunch/dinner yesterday?从英国食品谈到中西方饮食文化的一些差异，题材非常生活化，是学生感兴趣的话题之一，易于学生学以致用。
本课地位至关重要，承上启下，不仅要对以前所学的知识进行复习，还使学生对新的学习充满兴趣。
二、学情分析本课的教学对象是五年级学生，他们已有一定的英语基础，具备了较强的表演能力，所以要采用多种教学手段交替使用，创设情景，尽量利用实物、图片及课件等直观教具进行教学，激发学生求知欲望。
学生求胜心理较强，小组活动中，为取得好成绩，部分小组长会安排学困生完成简单的活动，而剥夺他们开口讲、动手写的机会，教师要及时加以指导或言语鼓励、或对学困生担当重要角色的小组给以较高的评价等，引导学生真正做到互帮互助，共同进步。
三、教学目标依据本课的教学内容和本校学生的学情，我制定了如下的教学目标。
知识目标：使学生能听懂、会说句子“What did she have forbreakfast/lunch/dinner?”“She had…”，识别单词email、sandwich(es)、traditional、delicious和书写单词fish、egg。
能力目标：使学生运用所学句型进行对话表演和口语交际。
