This Contract English Definition (the "Definition") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Party A] and [Party B], hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties".
1. Basic Information of the Parties

If the default or breach is not cured within the specified period, the non-breaching Party may pursue any legal remedy available to it.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/Region]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Country/Region].
8. Legal Effectiveness and Enforceability
