LED灯带参数及施工说明
LED灯带一、LED灯带规格1、LED灯数, 15灯、30灯、60灯, 每米长度上焊接多少颗LED元件, 通常1210规格: 60个, 5050规格: 30个, 特殊60个。
2、LED尺寸大小: 0603、0805、1210、5050, 指灯带上使用发光元件（英制/公制）。
3、亮度cm （坎德拉）: 发光强度。
4、色温（深红-浅红-橙黄-白-蓝）3300K以下, 光色偏红, 暖色温。
3300-6000K 中性色。
6000K以上, 光色偏蓝, 冷色温。
5、电压: LED灯带输入电压, 通常直流12V、24V。
6、发光角度: LED灯带上元件发光角度, 通常是120度, 发光角度越大, 散光效果越好, 亮度减小。
发光角度越小, 照射面积越小, 亮度增加。
7、材质LED灯带分LED硬灯条和LED软灯带。
但通常也包含用线材连接LED传统灯带, 如扁三线、扁四线灯带等。
LED硬灯带用PCB硬板做组装线路板。

三、LED柔性灯带不亮8大原因1、LED柔性灯带包装保护不完善, 造成运输过程中灯珠受到撞击而损坏。
2、LED柔性灯带焊接点有虚焊现象, 运输过程中震动造成焊点脱落而造成灯带不亮。
3、LED柔性灯带焊锡量少, 焊点轻易脱落4、LED柔性灯带焊锡质量不好, LED柔性灯带在弯折过程中焊点轻易产生脆裂、脱落现象5、LED柔性灯带安装时弯折角度过大, 造成LED柔性灯带焊点与铜箔分离而造成不亮6、LED柔性灯带安装时过分挤压产品, 造成LED柔性灯带芯片受损或者是焊点变形脱落而不亮7、LED柔性灯带线路板阻焊层过厚, 焊接时焊锡和线路板不能完全融合在一起, 也是一个虚焊现象。
四、变压器每组电流乘以LED组数=变压器电流, 如0.02A X 333=6.66A（三组LED、电流0.22A）。
