部长讲了很多，我从中学到的是要在以后的日子里去继续学习，认真实践。
参加培训的干事们都观看了人民大学金教授的视频讲座，他的谈吐幽默风趣，让我们在不知不觉中学到了很多礼仪知识，如接听电话后地位高的应先挂断，握手时力度应在两公斤左右，还有一些商务礼仪等，虽然是细微的事，但在人与人的交往中却起着举足轻重的作用，足以见得一个人的素养。
另外，我们还进行了Word培训，接下来是E_cel、PPT的培训，我相信我们的能力一定会得到进一步提升。
很感谢部长们为我们组织这次的培训活动，从中我有很大的收获，同时我知道这些是远远不够的，以后的工作学习生活中，我还会继续学习各种礼仪知识，带着一个学生会干事应有的风貌投入到工作中。
