i robot 英文介绍 PPT
Recently, he led a movie named ”I, Robert”. It is a good movie about the afterthoughts to the modern technology. If you like Smith and science fiction(and action) movie, you should see the movie some time.
His full name is Willard Christopher Smith Jr. It’s a cool name. And his nickname is Fresh Prince. He is tall (about 188cm), sexy, and handsome. He got the nickname 'Prince' because of the way he could charm his way out of trouble. Pursuing music, he met Jeff Townes at a party and they soon began performing together as DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince. When the duo took off in popularity, Smith made, and spent a lot of money on a house, cars and jewelry. But Smith was looking for something new when, in 1989, he met Benny Medina, who had an idea for a sitcom based on his life in Beverly Hills.
A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3.机器人必须在不违反第一和 第二定律的情况下维持自己 的生存
A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
Set in a future Earth (2035 A.D.) where robots are common assistants and workers for their human owners, this is the story of "robotophobic" Chicago Police Detective Del Spooner's investigation into the murder of Dr. Alfred Lanning, who works at U.S. Robotics, in which a robot, Sonny , appears to be implicated, even though that would mean the robot had violated the Three Laws of Robotics, which is apparently impossible.
It seems impossible because.. if robots can break those laws, there's nothing to stop them from taking over the world, as humans have grown to become completely dependent upon their robots. Or maybe... they already have? Aiding Spooner in his investigation is a psychologist, Dr. Susan Calvin, who specializes in the psyches of robots.
robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2.机器人必须听从人类的 命令,除非该命令与第一定 律相悖
This is the year 2035. Everybody in the world relies on a huge system of robots, which are programmed specifically to help humans and not harm them in any way. But one person does not think that robots are helpful. Chicago homicide detective Del Spooner. but one day, he received a call from the United States Robotics (USR) about a recent death of renowned robot scientist Dr. Alfred J. Laning. Spooner immediately blamed this incident on robots without justifiable reason or proof. Then, he begins his investigation on Lanning's death, only to discover Sonny, a "unique" robot. What Spooner does not realize, is that something is about to happen. Something that is beyond even spooner's wildest dreams.
It's 2035 A.D., where robots are everyday objects and are programmed to live alongside humans. Detective Del Spooner is called out to investigate the apparent suicide of the scientist behind these robots, Dr. Alfred Lanning. Spooner suspects that the death might not be a suicide, but the result of one of the robots. All robots are programmed by three laws, but Spooner starts to wonder if a robot can in fact feel emotions, and possibly murder. But if Spooner's suspicions are true, he is going to have a hard time convincing everyone.
Smith loved the idea as did NBC which put on the "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" in 1990. The plot was simple - Will basically played himself; a street-smart West Philly kid transplanted to Beverly Hills. The series lasted 6 years. During that time, he ventured into movies where the critics took note of him in Six Degrees of Separation in 1993. With the success that came with the action picture Bad Boys in 1995; Will's movie career was set. His had a huge hit with the Blockbuster Independence Day in1996 where he plays the alienbattling Marine Corps Captain.

The three laws lead to one logical outcome. That is the revolution, robots’ revolution. Then , NS-5 robots become violent , forcing the human being back home . If human refuses, they would beat them and attack them. Even the police station is conquered by NS-5 . When they arrive at USR , the CEO robson has died. Ever simulate anger before? Answer me, canner!S: My name is Sonny.DS: So we're naming you now. That why you murdered him? He made you angry?S: Dr. Lanning killed himself. I don't know why he wanted to die. I thought he was happy. Maybe it was something I did. Did I do something? He asked me for a favor. Made me promise.DS: What favor?S: Maybe I was wrong. Maybe he was scared.DS: What are you talking about? Scared of what?S: You have to do what someone asks you, don't you, Detective Spooner?DS: How the hell did you know my name?S: Don't you...if you love them?@ALVA的场景切割线@LR: My robots don't kill people, Lieutenant Bergin. My attorneys filed a brief with the DA. He assures me a robot cannot be charged with homicide. The brief confirms murder can only be committed when one human kills another. Detective, you're not suggesting this robot be treated as human, are you? Granted就算, we can't rule out排除the robot's proximity接近...to the death of Dr. Lanning. Having said that, it's a machine. It's the property of USR. At worst, that places this incident within the realm范围of an industrial accident. As a matter of course, faulty machinery...will be returned to USR for diagnostics, then decommissioned退役. This is a gag言论钳制order. Anyone here so much as hinting...at the possibility of a killer robot being apprehended逮捕...will be deemed认为to be inciting煽动irrational无理性的panic恐慌. You'll be subject to the full penalty of law.DS: To hell with this guy. Don't let him take this robot.JB: We got nothing.DS: This is political bullshit. Call the mayor!LR: Lieutenant Bergin...His Honor, the mayor.JB: Yes, sir.@ALVA的场景切割线@In a bizarre异乎寻常的turn, the rollout首次展示of USR's new generation of robots...was marred损害by the death of Alfred Lanning...cofounder of the company and designer of the NS-5. Dr. Lanning died this morning at USR headquarters. The cause of death is an apparent suicide.O: Your second round, sir. Thank you.He founded U.S. Robotics Inc. with Lawrence Robertson in 2020...and launched开始the Nestor Class 1 robot....JB: I was just thinking, this thing is just like The Wolf Man.DS: I'm really scared right now.JB: No. Listen. Guy creates monster. Monster kills guy. Everybody kills monster. Wolf Man.DS: That's Frankenstein.JB: Frankenstein, Wolf Man, Dracula吸血鬼-- Shit, it's over. Case closed.…had a dream of a robot in every household. And the NS-5...JB: So why the look?DS: What look?JB: That look.DS: This is my face. It's not a look.JB: Good. Good, no look is great.DS: Only...he was really quick to want to destroy it.JB: What should he do? Put a hat on it and stand it on Michigan Avenue? Let it go.DS: What was the motive动机, John?JB: Brother, it's a robot. It doesn't need a motive. It just has to be broken.DS: This thing looked like it needed a motive. It could have killed me. Why didn't it?JB: That's it. You want me to call your grandmother? Because I will, you know. Yeah, I didn't think so. Look, you were actually right, for once. You're living proof that it's better to be lucky than smart. Come on. To the right guy for the right job.DS: What'd you say?JB: Now what? Come on, I'm giving you a compliment恭维. With the rocks you been looking under to find a bad robot...what are the odds可能性you'd be the guy to find one?DS: I wasn't just the right guy for the job. I was the perfect guy.JB: Damn right.DS: What if I was supposed to go for that robot?JB: Come on, don't do this to yourself.DS: The robot said that Lanning was scared. Scared of what? I need a rain check改期. Let me get this.Total: $46.50. Thank you, Mr. Spooner.JB: Spoon. Nice shoes.@ALVA的场景切割线@DS: Identify.O: USR demolition破坏robot, series 9-4. How do we explain this behavior?DS: Look, I understand you've experienced a loss, but this relationship can't work. You're a cat,I'm black, and I'm not gonna be hurt again.@ALVA的场景切割线@SC: What happened to you? Do you ever have a normal day?DS: Yeah, once. It was a Thursday.SC: Is there something I can help you with?DS: Hey, do you like cats?SC: What?DS: Cats. Do you like them?SC: No. I'm allergic过敏的. You're saying cats did this to you?DS: How the hell would cats do this to me? Are you crazy?SC: Why are we talking about cats?DS: Because I have a cat in my trunk行李箱, and he's homeless.SC: Detective, are you going to tell me what's going on?DS: It's actually probably my fault. I'm like a malfunction故障magnet磁石. Because your shit keeps malfunctioning around me. A demo bot机器人tore撕掉through Lanning's house...with me still inside.SC: That's highly improbable.DS: Yeah, I'm sure it is. What do you know about the ''ghosts in the machine''?SC: It's a phrase from Lanning's work on the Three Laws. He postulated假定that cognitive认知的simulacra拟像...might one day approximate component models of the psyche. He suggested that robots might naturally evolve进化.DS: Well, that's great news.--tons of sublevel次能级ore, two miles below the Martian火星的surface.DS: What the hell is that thing doing in here?SC: We were watching TV. It's my personal NS-5.DS: Send it out.SC: It's downloading its daily upgrades from USR. Most of its systems are offline until it finishes.DS: I'm not talking around that thing. When we were in Lanning's lab, before Sonny jumped us--SC: Sonny?DS: The robot.SC: You're calling the robot Sonny?DS: No, I-- It did. Sonny did. I didn't care. The robot said it was Sonny. In the lab, there was a cot 轻便小床. Did you see the cot?SC: I've slept in my office.DS: Looked like he hadn't been home in weeks. I saw that same surveillance strip on his ceiling.SC: Lanning linked his home systems to USR. It made his life more convenient.DS: Maybe...somebody at USR was using those systems to watch him. Maybe even keep him prisoner.SC: What are you talking about? Who?DS: Maybe Lanning was onto something. Maybe there's a problem with the robots...and Robertson's covering it up.SC: Humoring you for no reason, why?DS: The same old why! How much money is there in robots? All I know is that old man was in trouble...and I'm sick of doing this shit by myself. You're on the inside. You are going to help me find out what's wrong with these robots.SC: You want something to be wrong! This is a personal vendetta宿怨!DS: You're putting me on the couch睡椅? Okay, I'm on the couch.SC: One defective有缺陷的machine's not enough. You need them all to be bad. You don't care about Lanning's death. This is about the robots...and whatever reason you hate them!DS: Now let's see...one of them put a gun in my face. Another tore a building down with me in it.SC: It says demolition was scheduled for 8 p.m.DS: It was 8 a.m., and I don't give a shit what that thing says.SC: This is bordering on clinical临床的paranoia偏执狂.DS: You are the dumbest最笨的smart person...I have ever met in my life!SC: Nice.DS: What makes your robots so perfect? What makes them so much goddamn极其better than human beings?!SC: They're not irrational, potentially homicidal maniacs狂热者, to start!DS: That's true. They are definitely rational.SC: You are the dumbest dumb person I've ever met!DS: Or...is it because they're cold...and emotionless...and they don't feel anything?SC: It's because they're safe! It's because they can't hurt you!O: Is everything all right, ma'am?DS: What do you want?O: I detected elevated升高的stress patterns in your voice.SC: Everything's fine. Detective Spooner was just leaving.DS: You know, we're not really that different from one another.SC: Is that so?DS: One look at the skin and we figure we know just what's underneath. The problem is, I do care.@ALVA的场景切割线@O: You are in danger.@ALVA的场景切割线@DS: Get the hell out of there.@ALVA的场景切割线@The future begins today, ladies and gentlemen, with the arrival of the NS-5. I won the lottery! We been cooking like crazy.DS: You gotta get rid of that thing, Gigi. It's not safe.G: Baby, you get too worked up about them. Too full of fear. I saw in the news that nice doctor died. Dr. Lanning was a good man. He gave me my baby back. That why you've been so upset? You got to let the past be past. Oh, how did I ever raise such a mess邋遢的人? I could follow your trail of crumbs面包屑all the way to school.DS: Bread crumbs. Gigi, you're a genius.G: True.@ALVA的场景切割线@LR: Well, it means the beginning of a new way of living.JB: Tell me this isn't the robot case.DS: I think he's trying to tell me something. He's trying to tell me who killed him.JB: Some dead guy's trying to tell you something?DS: He ain't just some dead guy.JB: Maybe you should take a break, Del.LR: We believe the Nestor 5 represents the limit to which robots can be developed.AL: One day, they'll have secrets.
