导盲机器人硬件结构设计说明书

摘要导盲机器人是为视觉障碍者行动提供导航帮助的一种服务机器人,它利用多种传感器对周围环境进行探测,将探测的信息进行处理然后做出相应的反馈提供给驱动装置和视障者,以帮助使用者有效地避开障碍。

世界上视觉障碍者数量众多,而他们只能用60%的感觉来获取经验。

因而设计一款实用的导盲机器人来帮助视觉障碍者是十分必要的。

本文在综述国内外现有导盲辅助工具特点的基础上,确定了导盲机器人的总体方案。

机器人行走机构采用1个万向轮和2个差动轮的轮式结构,在两个差动轮中,有一个是由驱动电机,从而控制车体行进方向,机器人前进的动力由使用者自身提供。

机器人采用西门子S7-200控制,配备射频传感器、红外传感器、超声波传感器等检测环境信息,并具有语音提示功能。

机器人的主体控制思想为BP神经网络算法,基于这种算法,机器人可以选择合适的转动角度,确定最优运动路径。

关键词: 导盲机器人;避障;传感器;BP神经网络算法AbstractAs one of serving robots, The blind guiding robot is a novel device designed to help blind or visually impaired users navigate safely. it detects the environment information by the many kinds of sensors. And it sends the information to the blind and robot, and helps him/her know the environment and avoid the obstacle efficiently.Throughout the world, the number of blind is numerous, and the blind have to use 60% abilities of sensory. Designing a sort of practical blind guiding robot to help thevisual impaired persons has great significance.According to the characters in the blind guiding robot at home and abroad, a portable and reasonable general scheme is designed. The walking mechanism of the robot is the wheel-structure. It has one steering wheel and two universal wheels. and one of universal wheels is driven by the motor. The steering wheel controls the marching direction of the robot. The progressive power of robot is provided by the user. A PLC is used to control the behaviors of the robot. And the robot detects the environment with three types of sensors including Ultrasonic Sensor, Infrared Sensor, and a RFID sensor. detailed block diagram.The block diagram should contain all major system ICs and illustrate which I/O ports are used for device interconnection.Below is a collection of resources to aid in the Block devices offer a range of performance options while being all designed using thesame processing elements and interfaces.This allows that family to be software compatible.Additionally,AM574x,AM572x and AM571x have very similar footprints that allow migration on thesame board design.The AM574x/AM572x/AM571x Compatibility Guide covers the differences in ballassignment,pin multiplexing and basic block diagram that you are creating should also indicate which interface will be used for booting this device.These devices contain an on-chip ROM bootloader with the following features:•The boot config pins are sampled at power-on-reset•Sets up system for boot depending on boot configuration selected•Depending on boot mode,copies image to internal RAM and then executes it•Maximum size of the modes are supported:•NOR Flash boot•NAND Flash boot•SD boot•eMMC boot•QSPI_1boot (1-bit SPI flash memories)•QSPI_4boot (4-bit (Quad)SPI flash memories)•SATA boot•Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART)boot•Universal Serial Bus (USB)boot (like an ethernet card,not as mass storage)•HS USB 2.0boot (like an ethernet card,not as mass storage)If the first boot source fails to boot,the ROM will move on to the next one in the sequence.Keep in mind that some boot sources take some time to timeout if that boot source isn't available.To understand details on different boot modes,see the device-specific technical reference manual (TRM).Key Boot Considerations are:•It is recommended to include population options for other boot modes to aid in development•Boot pins have other functions after reset.Make sure your board design takes this into account whenchoosing pull-up/down resistors for the boot pins.4Confirming Pin Multiplexing CompatibilityThe AM57xx device contains many peripheral interfaces.In order to reduce package costs whilemaintaining maximum functionality,many of the AM57xx terminals can multiplex up to 16signal functions.Some background about the AM57xx pin-multiplexing:•Although there are many combinations of pin-multiplexing that are possible,only a certain number ofsets,called IO sets,are valid due to timing limitations.These valid IO sets were carefully chosen toprovide many possible application scenarios for the user.•In order to guarantee the IO timings published in the AM57xx data manual over the lifetime of thedevice,AM57xx software must implement the proper pin configuration requirements.Theserequirements impact software configuration of the following registers and are fully documented in thePad Configuration section of the device-specific AM57xx TRM–Pad Configuration Registers (muxmode,slew control,Virtual IO Timing Modes,and so forth)–IODELAYCONFIG Registers (Manual IO Timing Modes)Texas Instruments has developed a Windows/Linux application called the TI PinMux Tool that helps asystem designer select the appropriate pin-multiplexing configuration for their AM57xx-based productdesign.This tool provides a way to select valid IO Sets of specific peripheral interfaces to insure the pin-multiplexing configuration selected for a design only uses valid IO Sets supported by AM57x.Additionally,it also provides generated output files to help software correctly implement the pad configurationrequirements necessary for guaranteeing the device's IO timings.These generated files are named with the prefix "boardPadDelay."The TI PinMux Tool must be used to validate the device pin definitionschosen in your design.It can be accessed at the link below:•TI PinMux Tool5Confirming Electrical and Timing CompatibilityA key step in the hardware design before beginning schematic capture is to confirm both DC and ACelectrical compatibility between this device and the other ICs connecting to it.•The device data sheet has important information with regards to timing and electrical characteristics.•For high-speed interfaces,you can run IBIS simulations using IBIS models provided for AM57x ZCEand ZCZ package to confirm signal Integrity.The IBIS model for your chosen AM57xx device can bedownloaded from the Models section under the Tools &Software tab of the device's product page on .Designing High-Speed Interface Layout Guidelines6Designing the Power SubsystemOnce the block diagram has been validated for pin multiplexing,electrical,and timing compatibility,the power sub-system can be AM571x User's Guide7Designing the Clocking SubsystemIn addition to the power subsystem,the clocking subsystem needs to be designed to provide appropriate clocks to all ICs in the system.These clocks can be created by pairing crystals with internal oscillators within the system ICs,or they can be created by a separate clock generator.For your design,see the information below on designing the clocking subsystem.Key Considerations:•The device operation requires one or more of the following clocks:–A 32k optional crystal as an optional clock source for the RTC.–Two HF crystals,SYS_CLKIN1(mandatory)with either 19.2,20,or 27MHz and SYS_CLKIN2(optional)with 19.2-32MHz quartz or 12-38.4MHz CMOS square clock source as reference clocksfor system operation.•For more theinterconnect distances between the various system ICs.10Creating the SchematicsAt this point in the design,it is time to start capturing the schematics.The following collection ofinformation will 它是硬件总体设计和制订硬件开发计划的依据,具体编写的内容有:系统工程组网及使用说明、硬件整体系统的基本功能和主要性能指标、硬件分系统的基本功能和主要性能指标以及功能模块的划分等2.2、硬件总体设计报告硬件总体设计报告是根据需求说明书的要求进行总体设计后出的报告,它是硬件详细设计的依据。

编写硬件总体设计报告应包含以下内容:系统总体结构及功能划分,系统逻辑框图、组成系统各功能模块的逻辑框图,电路结构图及单板组成,单板逻辑框图和电路结构图,以及可靠性、安全性、电磁兼容性讨论和硬件测试方案等2.3、单板总体设计方案在单板的总体设计方案确定后出此文档,单板总体设计方案应包含单板版本号,单板在整机中的位置、开发目的及主要功能,单板功能描述、单板逻辑框图及各功能模块说明,单板软件功能描述及功能模块划分、接口简单定义与相关板的关系,主要性能指标、功耗和采用标准2.4、单板硬件详细设计在单板硬件进入到详细设计阶段,应提交单板硬件详细设计报告。
