最成功与最失败的一件事

最成功的一件事我觉得我最成功的一件事情就是作为一名非英语专业的学生不但在大二下学期以523分的成绩顺利通过了英语六级考试并且在这之后利用一年的时间通过了英语口语等级考试。

由于英语口语等级考试难度较大,通过率不高,为了能够顺利通过考试,我一方面,加强日常英语听力练习。

在规定的学习时间内多听英语歌曲,看英文电影、电视剧等,给自己营造良好的学习氛围。

同时,我还报了英语口语培训班,毕竟有专业老师的指导和帮助,学起来更加轻松和准确。

另一方面,我通过各种渠道了解了考试内容、形式、真题,总结历年口试考试题型,有针对性的练习和准备,为考试做好相应准备。

因为考试采用面对面的交流形式,所以日常生活中的一些对话,我也尝试着用英语说,多和外国同学沟通交流,在一定的语境环境内多说多交流,提升水平。

通过努力,在英语口语等级考试中,我成绩合格,获得了由教育部高等教育司颁发的A等级证书,不仅达成了目标,也大大提升了我的英语水平。

所以,我觉得只要一个人有目标,并且制定好切实可行的计划,严格按照计划执行就一定可以达到自己想要的目失败经历注意事项1.不宜说自己没有失败的经历;2.不宜把那些明显的成功说成是失败;3.不宜说出严重影响所应聘工作的失败经历;4.不宜抱怨,把过错推到同事或者客户身上;5.暗示失败是由于外在客观原因所导致的,不宜提自己的性格缺陷或消极心态;6.表明失败后自己很快就振作起来,以更加饱满的热情面对以后的工作。

最失败的一件事作为刚进入社会的年轻人,工作经验与社会经验都有所欠缺,失败是在所难免的,同时,失败也是成长路上所必须走过的历程。

所以,失败并不可怕,关键在于我们要能从失败中学到知识,完善自己。

在我刚进入工作岗位时,从思想认识到行为举止都并没有完全摆脱校园风气,对事情的看法过于简单,对自己的认识也不够客观明确,这就造成了我在工作中迷失方向,不能全面合理的处理工作。
