双手10指交叉插入并放于手背,然后各个手指按压位于手背的骨骼 之间的穴位。 先是右手手指按压左手手背的穴位,左手手腕要向上竖起,指尖向上 ,右手手腕在手掌处弯曲,右手指尖放在左手手背中央,接着按压手背 的骨骼之间的肌肉,然后再用左手手手指尖,以同样的方式按压右手手 背的穴位 按压处需稍微有些酸痛才有效果,双手各按1次作为1遍,可以反复操 作10遍。
四、小指摩擦
双手手掌相对,手指交叉组合,一对小指竖起,互相 接触然后摩擦双手小指10次。 由于摩擦使手指产生热量,也会有心情舒畅之感。
