一、内侧双钩
双手的食指和中指，在指尖的第一指关节内侧，相互 朝左右两个方向进行拉伸。
操练时，首先右手两个手指的指尖斜向上方，夹住左手 两个指尖拉伸2次。然后，双手交换位置。

双手10指交叉插入并放于手背，然后各个手指按压位于手背的骨骼 之间的穴位。 先是右手手指按压左手手背的穴位，左手手腕要向上竖起，指尖向上 ，右手手腕在手掌处弯曲，右手指尖放在左手手背中央，接着按压手背 的骨骼之间的肌肉，然后再用左手手手指尖，以同样的方式按压右手手 背的穴位 按压处需稍微有些酸痛才有效果，双手各按1次作为1遍，可以反复操 作10遍。
四、小指摩擦
双手手掌相对，手指交叉组合，一对小指竖起，互相 接触然后摩擦双手小指10次。 由于摩擦使手指产生热量，也会有心情舒畅之感。
