一年多来，在d教授和省市县教研员的指导下，我校在教师专业发展学校建设和专业有效教学上正开辟着一条新路，而听、说、议、评课是落实这两大目标的一个重要手段。
在我们的听、说、议、评课活动每一个阶段都会有一个集中主题。
上一次的教学开放周我们的听、说、议、评课主题是有效导入。
今天我们的听、说、议、评课主题是“有效精讲”。
关于有效精讲的内涵d教授的归纳具体有以下四点：1、整合教材，有效选择精讲内容。
2、运用专业知识精讲，多讲思路、方法和规律。
3、精讲的目的是培养理解运用能力。
4、精讲要运用专业性的工具和手段。
c老师讲授的这节课，在有效精讲如何运用到英语教学中这一领域做了一个大胆的尝试。
我们暂不论这节课是否成功，但就是她敢于做第一个吃螃蟹的人的这份胆量就值得我们大家钦佩。
现在有请c说课。
刚才c做了说课。
大家也能感觉到她的说课并没有像平常的说课面面俱到，这也正是我们听说议评课的一个特点。
既然大家都看到了你的教学过程，当然你就不必浪费口舌去重复你的课堂流程。
说课者要把说课更多地落在课堂表面看不到的地方。
比如课堂设计理论依据、设计的思维变化、课后的理论反思。
刚才c正是实践了这一原则。
她详细分析了这节课设计思路及其理论依据。
通过她的说课我们对于她的课也有了更新的认识。
听、说课环节后议课环节。
关于议课我们英语组的主张是多提自己关于此课的不同设计思想和思路，少谈或者作课教师优缺点。
如果像通常的做法，谈作课教师的优点，难免会落入大家你好、我好、他也好的形式主义泥潭。
而如果一针见血谈教师的缺点也不好。
大庭广众之下批评别人，首先伤害了做课者的自尊，也打消了其成长的积极性。
另外贸然提意见也不客观。
古语讲：教学有法、教无定法。
不同的学生、不同教师风格、不同的学校环境、甚至是不同的班主任管理都会导致教学的差异性。
教学不是工厂、教学不是商场，它从来就是只有共同的原则，而没有相同的程序。
但不是说我们一中的英语教学就是在和稀泥、搞庸俗的一团和气。
其实光上门来我们总是能开诚布公的谈问题，指缺点的，我，一个负责英语学科的领导，在公开课后都一样接受是唇枪舌剑的炮火的洗礼。
想成功吗，首先要不怕脸红。
但那种评课我们称之为帮课。
今天我们不想给大家展示我们的帮课情况，而是不会让任何人面红耳赤的议课方式。
首先请英语组长e来议课。
通过c的讲课、说课和几位老师关于本课别样设计让我们看到：同样的教学内容，可以设定不同的教学目标，不同的重难点；同一个目标，也可以采用不同的手段去加以落实。
c老师的这节课重点在于一般过去时的特殊疑问句的实际运用。
她并不太拘泥于太多的语法知识的讲解、而是更多地把这种语法知识落实在运用中。
这不正是我们英语“学中用、用中学、学是为了用“这原则的体现吗？结合c的这节课，综合各位议课教师的想法，在这里我将提出关于句型教学的几个原则，希望大家多提宝贵意见。
一、练习重于讲解。
或者说能力重于知识。
英语作为一门工具学科，明确地告诉我们我们学习英语的最终目的是应用。
句型和语法知识的讲解很重要，但是练习产生的效果更有效。
比如这节课c也完全可以这样讲啊。
把句型写在黑板上，然后分析说这是一般过去时的特殊疑问句。
首先开头是特殊疑问词，接着是did助动词，然后是主语，后面再加上动词原形，后面还可以加宾语，时间词、地点词做状语。
这样讲也很好。
清晰、深刻。
但是学生学到的只是语言结构的分析，能答题，但能应用吗？碰见老外，想问他去了哪里。
于是想到了课堂老师的所教。
首先想到我得用特殊疑问句。
疑问词选用where，后面需加did构成疑问结构。
然后用you做主语。
接着需用动词go。
对，后面还需要用过去时间just now做状语。
很好，我会问了。
抬头要问老外时，人家已经走出二里多地了。
中国人的孩子学了9年的英语却难以和老外正常交流，什么原因？不就是我们太重视知识的讲解了而忽视了语言的实际应用吗。
但如果这句话在课堂上已经被说上很多遍了，自然学生也就能吐口而出了。
所以我们能否把目光聚焦于我的终极目标上，重视句型的使用呢？二、句型的呈现要优先。
首先我们强调句型知识需要讲解，但我们的讲解应该是放在大量的语言呈现之后，这样的句型讲解才会有根。
我们知道，人们的认识事物的方式更多的采用从感性到理性、从具体到抽象的流程的。
尤其是作为工具学科的英语。
缺乏大量的句型感知，很难由老师的单纯讲解上升到学生的彻悟。
要知道没有一个学母语的人是从分析句子开始的。
至少我知道我的汉语是在我学了英语后才会找出主语的。
三、句型操练要到位。
既然应用重要，那么我们就不要句型操练，直接进入到学生family trip的实际问答中吧。
也不行的。
当学生对于目标语言不熟，他们在做实际运用中将缺乏足够的自信。
又需要考虑句型结构、又需要思考我的trip实际，学生只能会顾头顾不上脚，说出来的英语磕磕巴巴，没有了流利性和准确性的交流不能称之为真正的交流。
所以我们看见c用了很长时间来领读或朗读3d对话，绝不是时间的浪费，它是以后顺畅交流的一个铺垫。
包括c的课前为动词找家的练习都是学生自信、自由表达的基础。
四、把词汇落实在句型中。
比如今天的c讲到的excellent这个词，并没有耗费时间去教的很多。
但是当学生知道它可以用great替换时自然而然就会了，也就会用了。
“词不离句，句不离词”。
只有当词不再是单纯的符号时，而被连成句子，表达一个活生生意义时词汇才有了生命力。
五、练习要有广度。
在教学中我们常见的是老师问、学生答。
有的老师甚至是能把全班都叫上一次。
很好，但是如此的练习毕竟平均到每人身上也不过几十秒钟。
这样的练习面到底有多大？有多少学生就是看客。
这样的练习是练不出英语能力来的。
听是学习，但是它的效率比站起来说要差多少呢？大家可能听过这样一句话。
听、你会记住20%。
说、你会记住40%。
全部感官参与，可以提高效率到80%左右。
因此，扩大训练的广度很有必要。
比如今天这课，在两组学生的示范表演后，就可以让学生放开去pair work。
试想一下，全班同时练，每人1分钟。
能练出多少能力来呀。
六、练习的深度要够。
我们的练习不要仅仅停留于单纯句型操练上，而是要升华到语言的实际应用中。
比如今天的最后一个项目，做个学生过去活动调查就是一个很生活的练习，是一个很好的任务型活动。
这种活动不是单纯的为说而说，机械的语言操练。
而是为做而说，为生活中的某项任务而对话、而汇报。
长时间的训练下去，学生就会很自然地在生活中应用学到的语言，从而扭转哑巴英语的尴尬现状。
因为我们的语言是在实际中学到的，所以应用于生活实际也就会顺理成章，自然、自觉了。
七、适当地把说升华为写。
听说读写四项中，听、读为语言输入，说、写为语言输出。
写比说更为高级，更为严肃，也更锻炼人的思维严密性。
如果能把学生的说适时转化为写，就会使孩子们对于句型的理解更为深入，掌握的也更为理性。
因为写与考试的相关性更大一些，对于学生提高成绩也更直接些。
今天c后期的作业就是很好的一个做法，所以希望c能在下节课对于作业的检查和总结投入更大的精力。
以上就是我结合c这节课和几位老师的议课所做的评课。
大家也能看出来，我的评课很少说到缺点。
应为我们秉持的一个原则就是正向引领，经验帮扶。
当然如果这些问题还是没有得到很好改正的话我们还会辅之以脸红的帮扶措施的。
