滨州学院第四届大学生科技文化艺术节大学生英语口语大赛活动方案为全面贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》精神和科学发展观要求，庆祝“五四”运动92周年，丰富高校校园文化生活，促进广大青年学生健康成长，特举办滨州学院第四届大学生科技文化艺术节大学生英语口语大赛，方案如下：一、主办单位：共青团滨州学院委员会二、承办单位：外语系团总支三、参赛范围：滨州学院全日制在校学生四、比赛安排：（一）初赛、复赛阶段：2011年4月12日-4月27日各系（院）自主进行初赛、复赛，每系（院）选拔1名选手参加决赛赛。（二）决赛阶段：2011年5月17日晚7点地点：五百人报告厅决赛内容包括实用朗读、现场描述和英语情景交流三个环节。 1、实用朗读：参赛者抽取一篇应用性文字（100-150个英语词），准备3分钟后进行朗读。要求语音语调正确，表情恰当。文字内容包括：欢迎词、会议主持人讲话、节目主持人讲话、导游词（日程安排、景点介绍等）、答谢词、告别讲话、欢送词等。 2、现场描述：参赛者抽取一幅表现某一情景的画图、图表、广告等，根据给出的说明或图示（如进出口份额、市场变化、人口变动、生产状况、生产指标、景点介绍等）进行口头陈述，时间为3分钟。 3、英语情景交流：参赛者赛前选择场景，自行寻找好搭档，进行情景交流，拍成DV,决赛中播放该交流场景，评委根据设计，表达的准确性等给分。场景可源自校园内的餐厅、寝室、图书馆、课堂、超市、校园小径等，时间为3分钟。
