我们团队需要在短时间内找到符合要求的供应商,还要处理各种繁琐的报关文件之类的事务。

刚开始的时候我手忙脚乱的,总是犯错,我当时特别沮丧也很担心自己给团队拖后腿。

不过这也让我成长了很多。

为了能更好地完成任务,我每天都加班学习外贸相关知识,向有经验的同事请教如何跟美国客户打交道,怎么筛选可靠的供应商。

每一个细节我都反复核对,就怕出一点点差错。

经过大家的不懈努力,最终我们还是顺利地完成了订单,得到了美国客户的高度评价。

那次经历让我明白了做外贸业务,细心和耐心是多么的重要,同时也更坚定了我要在这个行业继续发展的决心。

我的特点是我学习能力很强,而且我不会害怕面对挑战。

在遇到不懂的事物时,我会立马去查阅资料或者找人请教。

比如说我之前完全不了解某种新产品的进出口规定,那我就会上网查各种政策文件,甚至打电话给相关部门去弄清楚每一个要求。

再就是我具有比较好的沟通能力,像在之前的那个订单中的供应商,最开始对我们的一些要求很不理解,但我通过耐心细致地跟他们解释,我们之间也建立了很好的合作关系。

我知道我可能还有很多不足,比如在面对一些外语很强的商务谈判时,会有一点点紧张。

但我一直在努力提升自己,我利用业余时间练习商务英语,更深入地了解不同国家的商业文化。
