(一)依照国内订单的规定交货日期一个月至一个月前开始作业,由装押助理按外勤人员的报告或直接与工厂联系后填写装船通知单。
送货柜场者:共四联
第一联:
寄工厂,由装押助理写好厂商信封交营业助理签字后再送收发。
第二、三联:
(1)寄有关外务员,在第二联上填妥确定出货日期、净重、毛重、才积、未能如期交货原因后寄回经理,再交装押助理协调安排出货。
(2)如每一ITEM 超过,美金5000 元者,第二联交有关科长,第三联仍寄交外务员。
第四联:装押助理存查。
货送仓库者:填送仓装船通知单,共二联
第一联:

shipping advice（装运通知）是由出口商（受益人）发给进口商（申请人）的；shipping instructions 意思是“装运须知”，一般是进口商发给出口商的；shipping note/ bill指装货通知单/船货清单；shipping order简称s/o，含义是装货单/关单/下货纸（是海关放行和命令船方将单据上载明的货物装船的文件）。
