大家下午好！
现在是北京时间3点35分，xx市小学英语第五批中心组的末班车，感谢大家还这样神采奕奕地与我们一起乘坐这辆友谊列车。
我记得XX年的10月28日，我们相聚在xx市实验小学，大家地互相介绍着自己，从此xx市小学英语第五批中心组这大家庭就正式成立了，有你，有我，有她，那轻松愉悦的画面仿佛是昨天。
而今天我们已经站在了结业的舞台上。
这两年来，我们在林老师的精心带领下，开展了一系列的专题学习活动，从“词汇教学”、“对话教学”、“读写教学”到“故事教学”、“复习教学”，使我们中心组成员对小学英语所有的课型有了更深透的认识，我们一起探讨，一起学习，一起进步。
通过两年的努力，我们组32位学员，上了14节研讨课（不包括面向全市的教研课），专题发言6人，小组代表评课发言几乎人人轮到，每位老师在这个集体里都得到了锻炼的机会，得到了一定的成长。
XX年的xx市小学英语优质课评课，一等奖的六位老师中，有5位是我们中心组的同学，她们分别是余菲菲、戴冰凌、季定霞、阮汝丽和孙晓娜。
还有薛建华老师获得了xx市第十一届教坛新秀的称号。
例外，在论文、案例评比、协作命题评比、原创设计评比以及小学生口语比赛中，我们组员们屡获佳绩。
这些成绩的取得，离不开一个人的默默的付出，辛苦的指导，那就是---我们敬爱的林老师！
感谢您，林老师，一路陪伴着我们，牵引着我们，又一次次走进我们的课堂，不厌其烦地指导我们怎样展开教学，让我们知道设计一节课应该先考虑最后你要学生输出的是哪些语言，要整体设计一堂课。
感谢您，留给我们更多外出学习的机会。
感谢您，用心良苦地开展了一系列教研活动。
您带我们走进飞云四小，那纯朴清新的校园，至今让我们记忆犹新，陈园园老师一路用优美的简笔画把学生带到了一个
童话般的“nature park”，她的词汇教学如同那里的孩子，纯朴，自然，清新。
您带我们走进牛排之乡——湖岭，我们在湖岭镇中心小学进行“对话教学”的专题研讨，我们感受了薛欢欢老师和薛建华老师两节精彩的对话课，也尝到了那里独特鲜美地道的牛排！我们在马鞍山实验小学开展了“读写教学”专题学习，季定霞老师和孙云娥老师给我们带来了两节各具特色的读写课。
我们也在集云学校开展了“故事教学”研讨活动，高丽敏老师的《白雪公主和七个小矮人》，把我们带到了美丽的童话世界，挺着大肚子的峦吟吟老师《梦游的papa》，让我们领略了绘本教学的魅力。
我们还进军上望二小，探讨“复习教学”，李滟老师为我们开出了一节三年级《we love animals》的复习课，收获颇多。
由于“读写教学“是我们小学英语教学中的难点，所以我们就再一次在碧山镇小进一步地研讨“读写教学”，颜芳芳老师，还有林秀海老师和王蕾老师给我们展示同课异构的精彩课例。
在每一次的评课环节，我们分组讨论，亮点加建议，直言不讳，畅所欲言，然后由代表总结发言。
我们在一次次的评课中，也学习到了怎样更客观地看待一节课，意识到了评课的艺术。
这些所有活动的背后，可想而知，凝聚了林老师您多少的心血啊！亲爱的同学们，我们用最热烈的掌声送给我们最敬爱的林老师，您辛苦了!
还要感谢在这两年来给我们中心组讲座过的老师，谢卿锋老师、黄晓映老师、刘盈盈老师、杨颖老师、林晓燕老师和陈惠珍老师，虽然他们不都在现场，但我们依然要用热烈的掌声表示我们的感谢，谢谢你们！你们的讲座会给我们启发更多的教学智慧。
也要感谢你们，我亲爱的兄弟姐妹们，每一次的活动，大家都是那么努力地学习，真诚地交流，愉悦地相处，然后共同进步。
