15分作文：“很切题，表达思想十分清楚，行文相当通顺，连续性较好，基本上无语言错误，字数不少于100”。
8分作文：“很切题，表达思想十分清楚，行文相当通顺，连续性较好，但有少量语言错误，字数不少于100”。
5分作文：“基本切题，表达思想基本清楚，但连续性差，有较多的语言错误，字数少于80”2分作文——“条例不清，思路混乱，内容不明确，语言支离破碎，只有几个语句，且大部分有严重语言错误”。
0分作文：完全文不对题；默写的或从试卷其他地方抄来的与作文主题无关的材料；只有几个孤立的单词而未表达任何思想等情况。
在正式阅卷的时候，阅卷老师根据考生的作文，参照评分标准，在某一分数档次（如8分）上进行加减，即若认为稍优于或稍劣于该分数档则可加一分（即9分）或减一分（即7分），但不得加或减半分。
比如，老师评阅了你的作文，然后和评分标准一对照，感觉你的作文基本相当于8分的作文，但是又觉得好像比8分的作文好一点，那最后就给你9分。
如果觉得比8分的样板作文差一点，那最后就给7分。
就是有这样一个上下的浮动。
还有值得注意的是：字数不少于100，字数不足会酌情扣分。
专插本英语从2012年之后考纲就没有公布指定教材了，以下这两个教材是2012年以前的英语考纲制定的教材。
已经是很久以前了，不建议购买英语教材。
①新编实用英语综合教程（第一、二、三册），北京；高等教育出版社。
②新标准高职高专公共英语：实用综合教程》（第一、二、三册），上海；上海外语教育出版社。
专插本英语考纲只给了词汇与语法结构。
我看了词汇表是没有音标，个人感觉没音标的话不好。
如果连词汇都读不出来的话英语不可能学得好的。
如果连音标都不会读，那...
专插本英语难度低于英语四级。
个人建议：基础好的可以下载带音标的CET-4词汇大全，基础比较差的可以下载带音标的PETS-3词汇大
全。
